I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The pictures taken here are different than the pictures sent in MyKnobs response to the Revdex.com on 7/**. The pictures sent on 7/** do not show near the level of damage and also shows where additional packing materials were present. Myknobs approved the return of my damaged products , indicated I would receive a refund nd is now refusing to refund my money. Myknobs has sent several conflicting pictures of damaged goods and several different images of return shipping confirmation. MyKnobs has been deceitful throughout this return process. Please refund the entire balance with is rightfully due to me!

I have not received ANY refunds to date and the products were 100% faulty. They could barely be squeezed over the standard outlet covers. One plate actually cracked when I tried to force it over the outlet. Additionally, why were ALL of the items shipped back to me last Friday? What the heck am I suppose to do with the faulty covers? Just throw them away?
