I do not accept M.S.G.'s response concerning their firm having nothing to do with credit bureau reportingI subscribe to all three credit bureaus and am alerted to any new activity on my credit reports the same day that it is postedOn appxFeb 14, I was alerted by the credit bureaus of this new collection accountThe same day I called *** Credit Services" to inquire about the entry and to ask why I did not receive a validation letter, however *** Credit services would not discuss any account matters and would only refer me to this collection firm(M.S.G.) *** Credit Services states that M.S.Ghandles ALL of their collection effortsM.S.Gstated above that a validation letter was sent on 2/17/14, which was only after I had called in on two separate occasions within the previous business days to complain that I had never received a validation letter and that the item had recently appeared on my credit reportDuring my last phone call I insisted that the premature credit report entry which posted a week prior on all three major credit bureaus be removed, otherwise I would pursue legal actionIt was only then that M.S.G apparently decided to send a validation letter, which I have now received, however they have not corrected the premature credit reporting entry and are apparently not concerned that the Fair Credit Act laws are adhered to

Also, We made our original contact on this account on 8/3/15. We sent our proper VOD letter on 8/4/15.
