Called business spoke with Bob S*He stated that Ms*** reached out one time about the transmissionWhen she reached out to them they reprogrammed the computer and the vehicle had **,miles on it thenBob stated that Ms*** hasn't mentioned anything else about the transmission
having issues and she has been back to the dealership twice since they reprogrammed the computer

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the business. From the customer's file it looks like she was in the shop in February and April for an issue with the Head liner. This is a recall issue that [redacted] is aware of but at this time no parts have been made available by the manufacturer.

regret that [redacted] was dissatisfied with the purchase of her [redacted] from our dealership. At the time of purchase, her original monthly
payment amount was to be $400.00. Ms. [redacted] then authorized the purchase of the
Ford Extended Service Plan, GAP Insurance and Surface...

Care. The costs of these
items were then factored into her total loan amount which increased her monthly
payment to $490.61. The Exhibits A and B are digital in nature and are
therefore not “messy” copies. Exhibit A is the Customer Option Summary that has
been initialed by Ms. [redacted] under the additional options she had chosen.
Exhibit B is the Customer Completed Copy with the updated monthly payment
amount circled. Please contact us at the number below with any further
questions or concerns.
