Dear
Mr. [redacted]After
speaking with Mrs. [redacted] on the phone, I had the body shop manager gather
her repair estimate along with any service repair orders, then mail to her home
address. The paperwork was mailed on Monday May 1, 2017, speaking to Mr.
[redacted] today, the paperwork had...
not been delivered. We are sending a
duplicate set of paperwork via certified mail today, May 3, 2017.Sincerely, Patrick F[redacted]General Manager
Review: I have contacted via phone, after more than 6 different unsubscribe natured emails and I still have yet to be removed from their advertising. I'm sure it is an automated service that I didn't elect to subscribe to in the first place, but unless they have 12 email thread lists, I feel I should have been removed from them all by now. I continue to receive emails from them a few times per month. Each time I unsubscribe, and further tell myself to never bring my car in for service there again.Desired Settlement: Just unsubscribe me already. Businesses shouldn't ask for contact information like this as a required part of the service they provide. I know you aren't going to e-mail me an update on my car, it is purely for solicitation, and it appears it is solicitation for eternity since I cannot unsubscribe.

Review: We received an "Official Certificate of Upgrade" from [redacted] sent to us by Malloy Ford Charlottesville; [redacted] which offers 0% financing for 72 months on [redacted]. When we got there, the Salesperson told us that the offer expired from [redacted] at the end of October, but they could offer us "good" rates. I said: "How is this possible? The certificate clearly states that the offer expires, November 25, 2015, and today is November 24th." We left - as we were clearly victims of bate switch tactics. I called the [redacted] to submit the complaint to them also. They had no knowledge of the "serial number" on the certificate, it was a bogus certificate never issued by the [redacted] Motor Company. The [redacted] Customer Service agent informed me that a real certificate would have had a program number and a certificate number, not a serial number. She also verified that the certificate also stated that it "non-transferable." I am not sure why that is important - but it did state "non-transferable." Please note: we purchased our current [redacted] several years ago from Mallow - then [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want this complaint to be registered as black mark to serve as a warning to future customers of Malloy *Ford Charlottesville. We have no intention of returning to Malloy Ford Charlottesville - there are plenty of other dealerships to choose from - that hopefully do not engage in these sort of deceptive advertising practices.

[redacted] from the business called Revdex.com to respond to the complaint. At this time there is nothing to resolve with this customer. The customer is upset that he was told the coupon expire but the customer did not purchase a car and has not since purchased a vehicle anywhere else. The business is aware of the complaint but that this time do not see anything the customer is asking for other than to make the business aware of this issue.,
Review: To make a very long story short. I purchased a brand new car from Malloy Ford which was previously [redacted] for last April. Throughout the past year my car has been in and out of the shop multiple times without resolution to the problem. I have been without a car going on 4 days because they have had it since Saturday and they didn't even have the common courtesy to give me call at all today. I was supposed to get my car back today. Is there a email address? I can send a detailed email with the multiple failures on Malloy Fords part. I really would like this resolved. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I'm looking for my car repairs to be done and complete. The car has been under warranty the past year and I also purchased a extended warranty. I am also seeking compensation for my time and trouble and multiple occasions where I have been without transportation.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the business. From the customer's file it looks like she was in the shop in February and April for an issue with the Head liner. This is a recall issue that [redacted] is aware of but at this time no parts have been made available by the manufacturer.
