We have paid this this business $12,for a replacement of a septic fieldAfter completion, I received a call for our Town's Code Enforcement officer that Plumbing Today never submitted plans or took steps to obtain a permit to perform this workIt should have been obtained prior to the commencement of work, and now the Town is asking me where the plans and application are"Rob" at Plumbing Today advised me that they would get the engineer to submit plans ASAP, and that if there were any changes to the finished job to come into compliance its code, or fines incurred by me for the Town, they would take care of itThat was three weeks ago, and the plans have still not been sent to the Town and approval of the project obtainedThey have my money, they didn't secure the necessary permit, and now I am stuck, with no resolutionI have attempted to resolve this many times, and to no avail

Home Advisor and within a few minutes Plumbing Today respondedThey said the associate could meet me immediately and I met with himHe diagnosed the problem and explained he would have to order the part and it would take days to comeHe explained he needed a deposit and gave him a check for $He gave me a copy of the work orderOn 3-30-I called Plumbing Today and spoke to Karen about part and she said en routeCalled her on 4-3-and she claimed she called me about part being in which she didn't and scheduled itWe agreed on 4-4-@ 3:if my tenant could get out of workI called Plumbing Today at 5:when they did not come or call and was hung up on 2xI contacted Home Advisor that night and they pursued the matterKaren told Home Advisor I could have the partMy son spoke to Home Advisor and refused part and wanted refundHome Advisor sent me a
