I've had Brothers out for work on my heating and AC units a couple of times, and the most recent maintenance visit was a great experienceA couple of parts in my AC units had to be replaced, and I had a few questions for the technicianWhile answering my questions with informative, useful info, the technician made an honest mistake and accidentally crossed the wires on one of my AC units; it ended up blowing the control board on the upstairs furnace and our upstairs thermostatThe technician immediately owned up to the mistake, apologized profusely, and set out to make it rightHe replaced the control board and the fuse, and swapped out my thermostat with a newer, better modelI really appreciated the honesty and the way in which he stood by the mistake and made everything rightI'll definitely use Brothers in the future

We wanted to replace our powder room sink faucet and bought installation service from xxxxxxxxxx from Brothers completed this project nicely and diligentlyLike every old plumbing the earlier faucet was little stubborn but xxxxx was patient and got the job finished

The technician, Mrxxxxx was a first class professional When Mrxxxxx arrived to my residence, his work uniform appeared very neat and cleanMrxxxxx was very polite and courteous when greeting me as I opened the door As he greeted me, he confirmed why he was contacted to assist me and presented me with a Brothers flyer, which gave detailed information of Mrxxxxx, his background, his education and experience Once inside he inspected each thermostat and filter and provided tips and valuable information on caring for my filters He then went to my attic and inspected the HVAC system Almost immediately Mrxxxxx was able to troubleshoot the problem I was having with my furnace During his inspection of the system he took the time to explain everything to me in very simple terms that made it very easy for someone like myself with no understanding of HVAC systems to understand
Mrxxxxx was extremely thorough in the performance of his duties and the explanations of what he found Mrxxxxx was very honest, respectful and personable
I would recommend Mrxxxxx to work on anyone's HVAC system and will only schedule appointments when he is available to service my system I am sure other technicians with Brothers Heating, Cooling and Plumbing are very good at their jobs as well, but it is extremely difficult to come across a professional in this or any other business of this caliber I have the utmost confidence and respect for Mrxxxxx level of expertise, integrity and customer service Mrxxxxx is a great credit to himself, his profession and Brothers Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

I have used Brothers for the past few years for my Spring and Fall HVAC maintenance service They have always done a very good job Last week, 4-15-16, they came for the Spring service The technician was xxxxx xxxxx was an experienced HVAC technician and did an outstanding job All of the guys are typically good, but xxxxx was the best so far Good job Brothers hiring xxxxx!!!

Brothers Air continues to provide a quick, easy and cost effective solution for supporting their customers We returned home Friday afternoon and determined our air conditioner was not cooling our house Brothers Air installed our air conditioning system and their contact number for help is easy to find on the front of the thermostat control We called the toll free number, which was answered in a timely fashion by a courteous and knowledgeable individual xxxxx from Brothers Air was dispatched to our home, he contacted minutes prior to arrival, and arrived on time The response time to our call was timely (less than hours), and xxxxx went to work to resolve the issue without delay xxxxx determined the root cause, checked in frequently with updates and checked before any changes were made xxxxx also checked our filters, and the overall condition of the system to make sure no other issues were present xxxxx identified a gas leak and repaired that issue as well We did not incur any cost for this entire matter we chose Brothers Air based on other customer reviews and elected to enroll in the service plan based on that feedback To add - a severe thunderstorm was approaching our area and hit while xxxxx was at our home xxxxx did not try to reschedule the service call and he checked to make sure we were okay before he left Brothers Air continues to remain at the top of our list of service companies based on their service and products that they offer This was an issue that could have been costly and the repairs could have been delayed based on the late hour on Friday, but Brothers Air stood behind their commitments
