xxxxx provided services today by servicing our tankless hot water tank and installing a water pressure regulator. He was likable, friendly, helpful and professional. He provided recommendations that had no pressure associated with them. When finished, the work area was cleaned up. We enjoyed his freindly and honest way of conducting business.

We were having some issues with our AC unit that was fairly new. They called me back to tell me the service rep would be at our house the following day and called when he was actually enroute to our home. xxxxx. was very informative and gave us suggestions that would help us with maintenance on our unit. He had to order a part and said they would call to schedule the installation. Thank you for the prompt service!

I requested an AC System Recharge after it was suggested during our initial Spring tune-up. Today, our tech was Mr. xxxxx and I cannot tell you how delighted I was with his visit. Mr. xxxxx' suggestions on maintaining our units were as helpful as they were welcome. I just had a service call with Brothers Air technician - xxxxx. xxxxx was probably the best Brothers Air technician I've had over the years that I've dealt with Brothers Air. xxxxx was very personable from the very start and was also very professional. He took his time in servicing my 2 units and he also answered all of my questions. When I asked him to show me something on my unit in the crawlspace of my house, he was more than willing to go down there with me and pointed out I was questioning.
I hope to get xxxxx on future service calls.

Great Service!! I had bought my new heat pump through Brothers and am glad I did! Always on time and at a good price. Most recently had a one year service check completed by [redacted], everything checked out good and the job was completed faster than I thought!!

xxxxx from Brothers Heating and Air is always friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgable about HVAC systems and always takes the time to explain things to me. I would recommend Brothers.

On October 26 we woke up to no heat. We called Brothers because they always service our heat and A/C system. We where surprised when they could come out that afternoon. The Tech that came out, xxxxx, did a excellent job diagnosing the problem. Due to a problem with the circuit board that it had to be replaced. It was under warranty and he was unable to get authorization to replace the part on Wednesday. He was unable to get the part until late Friday afternoon. He came out on Saturday and completed the repairs. During the waiting time he called with several updates and when he would be able to get the part and install it. He was very professional in the way he handled the heat repairs. He is an asset to his employer.

We contacted Brothers to perform an annual A/C tune-up on two, 9 year old units in the home we recently purchased. Our technician xxxxx was punctual and very courteous. He clearly and thoroughly explained the problems he discovered during the tune-up and I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything unnecessary. He was patient as I conferred with my husband (via text) on what services we wanted to proceed with and his consideration of my home (shoe protection, care as he was moving about, etc.) was very professional. I would highly recommend this company and this technician and plan to use them for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs in the future.

Thanks to the knowledgeable technicians at Brothers Air. They provided expert and timely service with a new furnace install, and repaired an existing unit for the winter.

xxxxx did a great job; arrived promptly, carefully explained the services he was recommending and why, and performed the work flawlessly. Found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. Seemed to care about what was in our best interests. Represented the Brothers brand well.

Ive seen the commercials and they (Brothers Heating and Air) are true. They care about their customers. Mr xxxxx came and he was considerable with the information he gave us and how to make us feel comfortable with the information. We will be calling on them from now on and tell our family and friends.

Had an issue with my hot water heater due to years of hard water sediment buildup, xxxxx from Brothers Air, Heating and Plumbing took the time to diagnose, explain and show me the issue and explained how this could impact the rest of the plumbing in my house. xxxxx patiently discussed my options and ended up doing a great installation of a replacement water heater. He was fair, courteous and helpful - he made this an easy experience and the new water heater is working perfectly due to his professional installation.
