I ordered hair color from Manhattan Perfumes and they of course have my money and I have no productAnd I cannot get in touch with themUnforetunately, I did not see all of this negative stuff soon enough! Please save yourself some trouble and shop elsewhere!

Do not use! SCAM! Will never send product!

I submitted my order. Credit card was charge. Item was never received. They do not respond to email via their website "Contact us". The phone number provided always says the party you are trying to contact is not available. I left a message everyday for 7 days in a row. No response. Do NOT order from Manhattan Perfumes.

Review: On 11/**/2015 I ordered Creme De La Mer original cream from Manhattan Perfumes for $299.00. It was shipped out on 11/**/2015. The item was received 3 to 4 days after shipment. I opened the undamaged package to find an almost half used cream AND also to find that they shipped me the wrong type of La Mer cream, which BTW, I've been using for years!I notified the company right away but received no response. I then issued a dispute through [redacted] letting them know that the seller shipped me the wrong cream and that it was partially used and dirty upon receipt. The seller responded via the [redacted] dispute telling me to ship it back at my own cost!I responded back explaining to them AGAIN that they shipped the wrong item. There was no response back from the seller at all. They refuse to send me a return shipping label and will not contact me to even fix the order.I called [redacted]'s dispute center and they don't really cover anything. Not sure what their buyer guarantee is but it's a joke for certain!Desired Settlement: Manhattan Perfumes needs to send a return shipping label and refund me my full purchase amount of $299.99 plus the $2.99 shipping!! There never should have been a question or dispute with this item!! It was their fault that they shipped the wrong product. Both my email and the link to their website shows I ordered La Mer's ORIGINAL cream(very dry skin) yet they shipped the SOFT cream(oily skin).

Review: I ordered two bottles of perfume from this company on January [redacted]. My CC was charged on that same date. To this day, I have not received the product and my emails to the company (January [redacted] and January [redacted]) and my phone call where I left a voice message (January [redacted]) have all gone unanswered. I filed fraud charges with my CC company who is also looking into this. As of today, when you click on the "check status of order" link within the email sent to me by Manhattan Perfumes, it still says my order is confirmed, nothing else. By this point it certainly should've shipped (it's been over 3 weeks) and, if there was an issue, it should've been brought to my attention by me, especially considering I've reached out to the company multiple times - all with NO response whatsoever.Desired Settlement: While my CC company is not holding me responsible for these charges as of yet, the money obviously needs to be refunded to my CC as Manhattan Perfumes NEVER shipped the product.
