Review: I ordered Nounou olive hair mask. I received MoMo conditioner instead. I not only received the wrong product, but the product I received had been opened it was not sealed. I've called the company several times and sent an email to the company explaining the product issue but still no response from Manhattan PerfumesDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $20.63 which is the total I paid for the product and shipping

Review: I bought an item and received an email to confirm my purchase and shipping address, but the item never came. I emailed the company and tried leaving messages with their ONLY msg line. No response. They are online thieves.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order or refund. And to let others know not to use this company.

Review: I ordered the Harajuku Lovers G by Gwen Stefani and instead I received Harajuku Jingle. This is not what I ordered. I have contacted the individual who sent shipped the product and was told I could send the wrong item back for either an exchange or refund and that I would get my shipping refunded for when I returned the product. I have several emails back and forth and nothing has came out of this. I am still out the money I paid to order the product as well as the money I had to pay to ship it back. I have been dealing with this since April and would like it resolved as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like the $40 I paid for the product as well as the $5 I paid to ship it back.

After several more emails to the company, they have finally refunded my money.

Review: On November **, 2016, I ordered Bill Blass perfume from Manhattan Perfume, order #[redacted]. My [redacted] credit card was charged that same day. As of this date 1/*/2016, I have not received the order. I have sent 3 emails and made 4 phone calls since the order date. No response to the emails and the answering machine at the number tells me each time no one is available to take my call at this time but leave a message and they will get back to me. Tried another number today and got the same message. No one responds to anything.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive the order but if it cannot be fulfilled then a credit to my account would be my desired outcome.

Review: My husband ordered this perfume for me for my birthday.When it arrived it was a "knock off" bottle leaking and cracked.Bottle not in packaging. Wrong scent. Wrong name.The web site says 14 day return. Review: I purchased 2 perfume bottles, 3.4 ml each. I received two 1.7 bottles, that look really old, the boxes are faded and discolored, and missing plastic wrapping. I tried calling the seller but no one answers. I also requested a refund through "contact us" link on their website but did not get any response.Desired Settlement: Full refund
