I am rejecting this response because: You have failed to identify the specific method used to get my personal cell phone number and how you connected to the business You have failed to provide a detailed list of who was provided my personal cell phone number and acknowledgement from those entities that they have removed my phone number from their records This is my personal cell phone number It is not your property and I have never given Manta permission to share my personal cell phone number Again, I basically want a root cause analysis on how you obtained by personal cell phone number and a corrective action on how you will prevent this type of privacy failure again
