Stay away from this scam store front. They do not have any shipment tracking. You cannot speak with anyone - just a voicemail telling you to use their online ticket system for problems which no one responds to.

Company did not send me what I ordered, but that made me pay return shipping to get a refund. My total order was approx. $22.96. To return the item they sent cost me $13.83. They are only refunding me the $22.96, not the return postage for an item I did not order. I had asked them as soon as I received the incorrect item to send a prepaid address label to return and was informed that they do not do that and if I wanted a refund I had to pay to return. I did not realize that they were not going to refund the return shipping cost also.

I am rejecting this response because: they did not ship me what I ordered. I ordered a small baby blanket, but received a bottle of some sort of polish. I could understand paying for return shipping if I was returning the item I ordered, but I should not be responsible for returning an item I did not order which was an error on the company. So what they are saying, place an order, we will ship you whatever we want, not what the buyer wants, and if you don’t want what we choose for you, you pay to get that item back to us and we will refund you only the original order amount, but not return shipping. This is stupid. It’s like ordering a specific item, but you receive a grab bag and if you don’t want, pay at your expense to get a refund for your order. Why would anyone do that!! This company was at fault and should own up to it. I tried to go the right thing and ended up paying for it. This company needs to be put out of business if this is how they operate!

I have added pictures of what I ordered (baby’s blanket) and what I received/returned (liquid luster polish). No where close to what I ordered!

I was told my item had been processed by their fulfillment team and that processing takes 3-5 business days, that was on December 4th, it is now December 15th. My item has still not shipped I have contacted them 4 times and got 1 response referring me to their shipping g and handling policy. My items estimated delivery date started as december 11th when that passed they have pushed it back to december 17th-19th however my item has still not shipped.

This company is a fraud. They never got back with me on my order been trying for a long time.

MantaDrop.com, aka, atokshoper.info distributes others intellectual property without their permission. They claim they will quickly remove or disable even allegedly infringing material. It’s been 10 days now, 7 Cease and Desist orders and I still haven’t heard from them. They claim to respond in 24 hours. Apparently anyone can tell them they have the right to distribute another’s property without any proof... because there isn’t any. My name is on my books and I haven’t given anyone permission to distribute my property. They make you jump thru a bunch of hoops to provide them with their self-serving definition of “proper notice”, but this is a scam as the final result is they can put the illegal material back up in 10 days or you have to take them to court to get it removed. I believe this is thinly veiled criminal activity...

I have ordered and received this item Noco® gb70 2000 amp ultrasafe lithium jump starter. It doesn't take a charge. I have tried numerous times through their "ticket center" to resolve this issue. Ticket number ***. All that I was asking for was a replacement for said item and a return label to send the defective one back. There was an e-mail on the invoice: ***. Supposedly this is the person that sent it to me. I tried to make contact through this e-mail and came back as undeliverable. This company should be shut down.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand what they want. What do they mean by "the recent back to us". I'm waiting for a return label from said company to send the defective product back. The product is defective and they should be held accountable for the return label.

They are a really good company, their CS team takes care of my order to every detail.

I have contacted Manta Drop multiple times about one of their sellers having a bicycle frame for sale that I actually own and have for sale on *** and ***. The seller stole my pictures and description off of one of those two sites and has listed it as his own. I have tried to contact Manta Drop about this situation and have them remove the fraudulent add, but have received no response. I have contacted the seller, but once I reveled that I was the actual owner of the frame, they stopped responding to my messages. I am not sure if Manta Drop is in league and allows this sort of thing as until someone else brought it to my attention that my frame was for sale on that site, I had never heard of them. When you call you get a computer recording which always ends up saying that all representatives are busy and to email them. Then when I emailed them I got a return message saying that "mantadrop now supports our customers via Ticket Center, please follow this link." I did that and still have not received any return contact.

Atok/ShooCoo!/amilanostore.sale...... very sketch sites. would not recommend, very likely to be a scam. virtually no way to contact them (all phone numbers listed are non-functional), no tracking information provided, plenty of dead links on the sites. DO NOT TRUST! If I could give zero stars, I would.

I purchased a watch on Manta Drop website. 1) They failed to apply my 4% discount upon check out. I had to ask for this but it was not automatically done as promised. 2) I waited 10 days for my order to arrive. 3) On 10/10/19 I received an email (at 410AM) that my order had been CXL'd BY THE SELLER due to "poor quality of the product"!!!??? 4) As I type, the SAME seller is promoting the sale of the EXACT SAME watch I bought. 5) They SAID my money would be refunded...I have yet to see it. My theory: they take your money for X days at zero interest & earn money on YOUR money and NEVER deliver the product which get's mysteriously CXL'D by the seller. My direct correspondence w Manta Drop THREATENED me w legal action should I write a negative review about their SCAM website business model. For what it's worth, they have a Seattle address but customer support speaks/types broken English.

I think this business is poorly run and have speculated (but can't prove) that it is a fraud meant to use customer money during "order processing" while sharing customer data w third parties. I would NEVER do business w them again. Their service and support team THREATENED me w legal action if I dared to post a negative review. Furthermore, their service and support team only speak broken English. Bottom line: my too good to be true purchase of a quality watch at a great price was CANCELLED by the seller after 6 days due to "poor quality?" YET the seller remains on the site selling the exact same watches...sketchy, no?
AVOID AVOID AVOID. I filed a formal complaint on the Revdex.com site. Just use ***.

They CONTINUE to “sell” the same watches from the same seller that deemed my “low quality”. The trap remains set.

We do apologize, the recalled of the quality just effective to 1 or 2 merchandise which has been recalled, so after the manufacturer checked and confirm or new inventory update we’ll put it back to sell, in this case, you angry and try to tell us scam because we don't sell you the product as the price you want so I think it's little bit unfair right? So, in this case, please could you indicate what are we going to scam people when we can't sell or doing anything harmful to the customer? Is there any damage or hurt directly to you when we cant sell it to you? And did you lost anything after we refund full of your money? Please answer me directly, it is there just a little deteriorated, we can do anything for you as a compensation, but please indicate here which damaged caused by us. Please just telling the truth. They are using my intelectual property for personal gain. I tried to contact them through Facebook and email and they never responded.

If I could give NO stars I would. I ordered a pair of wolverine Van's from them. I got an email saying my order wasn't complete so I ordered again. Next day I got a confirmation email. Then I checked my bank & it turns out my Van's were purchased the 1st time. So I emailed them saying I'd like to cancel one of the orders but apparently they had to cancel both orders anyways b/c there was a product malfunction & that I'd get a FULL refund. 3 days later & checked my account to see if the refund had gone through but they charged mr an additional two times. So they charged me FOUR times at $67.95 EACH time. I emailed for a full refund on all orders but haven't heard back from them. dont order from these scammers!!!!!

I have an item in my *** store. Company hijacked my photo and description of item and is trying to sell it at an inflated price. It is a one-of-a-kind work of art. I did a search, they are doing this with several other items that belong to other people. If this is legal, it shouldn't be. Their site looks like a scram and their Revdex.com rating is F. I took my posting down a month ago because of this but it is still up on their site and comes up in a *** search (if you search *** under *** shopping it comes in the first few, ceramic pot w/green on a black backdrop) This company has a bogus number and probably a bogus physical address. I emailed them and asked them to take down the post and they have not responded. I feel that having it up on their site will kill it's perceivable authenticity. Is there anything I can do to stop them? thank you

Received an open package (broken seal) of two undergarments and one had been worn. I emailed the company twice with pictures and they responded both times they will have someone contact me to start the refund process but no one does.

I ordered an INSTOCK Herbal product from MantaDrop website. They charged my credit card and send me an urgent email to tell me waiting for 1 and half month for the delivery of product.
What kind of business style is this? People watch out for this business. *** will not charge your CC until they ship their product.

They guarantee our vitamins with an expiration date of 8-2020, send us vitamins with a 8-2018 expiration date; and then they have the gall to have us jump through all kinds of hoops to get our money back (RMA's and all that b...s...)... As far as I'm concerned they are a scam. Zero Stars-- Actually negative 100 stars, if that is valid...

I think this company is a fraud. They use facebook messenger and do not send confirmation emails. I ordered a product one hour ago and have been using facebook messenger to communicate with someone who says "we are sending this right now" and then 20 minutes later says "check in a few hours." Another 15 minutes later said "Check right now." And then "we are having email difficulty but if you give me your phone number I can call you." Their phone number only goes to an automated voicemail. This is a fraud.

I ordered the wrath of khan star trek hoodie from Mantradrop and it was supposed to be 5x. They failed to mention that this was not american sized. The size does not fit me. The insist that I have to return myself and pay 30 percent restocking fee. This was a fraudulent act. I like my full refund plus shi;;ing on this matter. I will not be paying the 30 percent restocking fee. I want my full refund plus a return label to send back the hoodie. The insist I have to pay the restocking fee in fact this was not my fault I chose the right size. I want a full refund no other options. If left unresolved I will file in small claims court in allen county courts.
