I recently ordered a back pack for my grandson over one week ago, never received an email stating it had been shipped, so I emailed the company never heard anything gave it two days still nothing so I called the company and asked about when this item would be shipped they stated it already shipped which wasn’t true. I told them that I wanted to cancel and get a refund they claimed since it shipped supposedly they wouldn’t be able to refund my money. I told them I would be contacting my bank to cancel payment they stated they were going to turn me in for what I’m not sure. Now I keep getting harassed by this company and they sent an email stating they have to wait for these back packs to be sent to them so it will be almost a month until we receive our order which I don’t want anymore. All I want is a refund, I now have to go and find my grandson a different backpack and school started already. This company is awful and do not know how to deal with customers. Thank you

Dear ***, as our conversation on the email you demand to cancel your order over 24 hours which means we already ship the bag out and can't stop the shipment, also we already notice you that it will take long time for overseas shipping and will take over 2 and half weeks to arrive. which already stated clearly on our website before you placed your order (please check estimated date and shipping policy).

also please check our cancellation policy too for the fee may apply.

My girlfriend ordered a pair of Fila sneakers on this website (https://mantadrop.com). They promised delivery of 4-6 business days, but did not hear anything for more than three weeks. After multiple email follow-ups, it finally arrived almost a month later. Upon receipt of the product, we realized it was a counterfeit pair of sneakers. The stitches were incomplete and parts of the sneakers were glued on with a clear smell of it. We complained via email and got a text response from the vendor. During the SMS text exchange, the vendor admitted to selling fake products and had the audacity to suggest that they did not misrepresent because they did not state on their website their products were authentic. We demanded a full refund but the vendor wanted to retain 30% as a fee. Clearly we are not satisfied with this answer and even more appalled that they think they can get away with operating a dishonest business with no accountability.

I ordered two pairs of flip flops which I was fully charged for immediately. When I opened the package not only was there only one pair instead of two,they were the wrong size, USED and DIRTY. I asked for a full refund including shipping because this was beyond unacceptable. They only gave me a refund of $29.94 for one pair not the two pairs nor the shipping. I believe this is a scam business as I noticed something about Vietnam also the package came from some Ebay place in South Carolina not Seattle Washington.
