Please accept this response on behalf of MAP Destinations I reviewed Ms [redacted] 's member portal at Reservation Services There seems to be multiple contacts and various requests but there is no concern expressed regarding the quotes provided Pursuant to the Membership Agreement, members are guaranteed to lowest price on any travel accommodations If Ms [redacted] would forward to me any specific information regarding quotes they were unhappy with I will be happy to assist them If they were provided a quote by Reservation Services and booked that same travel elsewhere, I will assist them in securing a refund as defined in the Price Guarantee The information should be sent via email to: [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] ***RCB Management Group###-###-####

Please accept this response on behalf of Map Destinations Ms [redacted] submitted a complaint to my office and I have responded Ms [redacted] has been unable to provide my office with documentation to substantiate her position As per my most recent email attached below, I suggested that the next time she is prepared to book travel to let me know and I can track the transaction in real time to see if she is actually able to book the same accommodations at a lower price.Thank you, [redacted] ***Ms [redacted] , I have spoken with both companies this morning The bottom line is [redacted] is the company responsible for fulfillment of the benefits you purchased under the agreement The membership comes with a guarantee of the best price They have responded that in each case you submitted, when you look at the exact accommodation including all taxes and fees, their price is lower and I cannot seem to prove them wrong The best recommendation I have been given is for you to call the 800# and ask to speak to a travel Manager regarding your concerns Otherwise, what I am limited to is for you to tell me when you are ready to book your next travel and I will monitor the booking with you If the travel manager is unable to address your concerns and explain whats going on, then I will follow up I’m just not getting anywhere transmitting emails back and forth Thank you, [redacted] RCB Management Group RCB Capital Partners Carolina Financial Center

Please accept this response on behalf of Map Destinations Frankly, I've been addressing consumer complaints for businesses for over years This complaint is almost too ridiculous to respond to based on my review of the actual events I listened to the audio recording made by the [redacted] as he spent more than minutes reviewing the contract and the benefits that were included prior to executing any documents Ms [redacted] asked a question about hotels as though she misunderstood the presentation The [redacted] asked if she would like for the [redacted] to come in and answer any questions or concerns and she said yes She and her [redacted] laughed and conversed with the [redacted] and said "that is great" They went through the website and asked to search for specific opportunities with the [redacted] which he did They seemed more than pleased with the results They were expressly told that family members would be added for free and they were The processing fee that has nothing to do with adding family members was thoroughly explained, understood and agreed to They were clearly told and the complaint affirms that there was no right of rescission They were specifically asked if they wanted to move forward and they said yes.There was zero indication that Mr [redacted] was intoxicated There was zero evidence that Ms [redacted] did not fully understand exactly what she was doing There is zero indication that anyone put even the smallest amount of pressure on them to execute the agreement There is zero evidence that either made an effort to leave or any indication they were uncertain about completing the transaction Moreover they clearly, individually affirmed and executed the statement: "Therefore, having made an informed judgment to join Map Destinations today, do you without duress authorize the execution of your membership agreement in accordance with the date shown above?"Conclusively, this complaint is not only baseless, the events defined in the complaint are simply libelous If Mrand Mrs [redacted] will authorize me to do so I will disclose and publicize the entire recording of their contract execution in order to remove all doubt On behalf of the company, [redacted]

Please accept this response on behalf of Map Destinations Although I am uncertain of how to respond further The rejection still does not provide any specific information or documentation to substantiate the broad claim The [redacted] utilizes generally the same global feeds just as other global reservation network provider uses Therefore it is highly unlikely if not virtually impossible that anyone could enter dates and locations and never find anything available As I stated before, if the member will provide me with any date and any location for which they are ready to book vacation or travel, my office will assist them in communicating with the [redacted] and will track the results I believe given the lack of evidence submitted this is a reasonable response If Map Destinations is unable to provide any locations or dates, I will be happy to assist them in further action.Thank you,RCB Management

I am rejecting this response because: This company during presentation stated you could not cancel contract I ask if there was *** buyer remorse law the *** *** said no laws of such in *** *** called to cancel again answer no I found *** allows cooling off period or three nights right to cancel a contact for services to be rendered in the future on continuing basis This contract was for service of providing best travel deals on continuing basis by updating you with emails web site and booking them for you I spoke with a member service person and they stated I was right and I had to get the money back from that officeIt was a hard sale When I was told that *** had no buyers remorse law while looking over the contract I was getting up to leave then the *** and *** came in and roped me in and my *** had his defense down because he had a drink or two We did book a room at the *** *** I found it cheaper on *** This company stated they would match the price plus percent They stated the cheaper price was for standard room but their price was for city view On the *** web site the standard room have city views Plus when we got there the hotel did not have our reservation The chances of me getting my money back is slim to none I have found many negative reports on this company The adjective used is scam If I am correct about buyers remorse law in *** this company is unaware of it or taking advantage of people stating that *** does not have one I believed them because I bought a house in *** and the remorse law does not apply I am sorry if I was crazy with my first report to you I am angry at myself for not trusting my instinct Thanks for your time

Please accept this response on behalf of MAP Destinations I'm attaching another email that was sent on June 2, I have not receive any information requested to back up the complaint If this information exists, please send it to me I did receive a quote for airline tickets but as per the Agreement, MAP Destinations clearly represents there are no guarantee of savings on air fare implied or documented Comparisons need to be apples to apples for the same date and same accommodations.Otherwise, I stand by the original offer that if the member will provide me with accommodations or they are prepared to book and I will monitor the response and quotes from Map Destinations and assist the member in documenting the response.Thank you,**June 2, 2015Ms***
My company assist in complaint resolutions and to help enforce the price guarantees With all due respect we do not have time to research pricing If you received a quote for a specific trip and found the exact same trip for a lower price, you need to send me the quote that was provided by another travel service and we will compare it to the quote you received from *** *** There are occasions when prices are lower and we make enforce the guarantee based on your contract However, in the vast majority of the cases, when the comparisons are exact, the RSI price is lower
Moreover, the prices are comparable only at the time of booking Therefore if you do not have a copy of the quote you received on the day you received it, I cannot use it That is why I suggested that if you are ready to book travel anywhere right now, please tell me when and where you would like to go and we will get that priced for you

I am rejecting this response because: The contract states that you will guarantee of better price (rare occations)I have given you examples of every time the price is better with Travelocity and other public web sitesYou are higher. In the case of the Key Largo Marina Del Mar your manager was comparing a ROH "run of the house" room with my reservation of queen beds w/Kitchen You are trying to play games as my rates I found in all occurrences have included taxes and fees when applicable . The wording in the contract for price guarantee is seen rarely seenThat is untrue, I have found every time I have gone to bookThe Canada trip with different hotelsThe trip to Dominica Republic with similar hotel as MAP Destinations couldn't book thereWhy would I want to pay over $to have you match the price I can get on my own and easier to book at that! I have worked in the Travel industry (*** *** *** *** *** *** ***) for over years, I am very well versed in room types, taxed and feesSince I no longer work in the industry, I was looking to get some type of discounts for my travel needs.The sales people sale to what they think the potential customer whats to hearI was only interested in getaways and staycations, the time shares where not much of interest to meThey displayed examples of hotels and getaways were with 40%- 60% discounts from public travel sitesI was mislead, as this is a rare occurrence.I want my money back and to be done with this! I have not used any of the services as no value in MAP DestinationsI was mislead in the sales presentations of what I was getting, by the time it took to get to the signing of the contract we were so tired of being there we just wanted to get out! There was no internet available in the locations either, I tried to google the companyWhen I finally did, after I discovered that they didn't have better prices, I saw that MAP Destinations had a "F" rating with Revdex.comI don't know haw it has been improved as I still see as an unethical company.*** has all of the emails with the quotes I was givenI can attach if the company needs them againIt is months of communications

Please accept this response on behalf of Map Destinations.  Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do regarding the price change dictated by the travel vendor.  Prices can only be guaranteed at the time of booking.  This is not unique to Map Destinations.  Regardless, my understanding is the member is speaking directly to Map to work out a resolution.  Please let me know if further action is necessary.Thank you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: My husband and I were told during the presentation that all we had to do was go onto the website and put in the location we would like to go for our vacation and deals would be offered to us. This is a false statement. I tried using the website several times through different avenues and every time I tried to do so there was nothing available for the dates and/or locations in which we requested. The presenter during our presentation showed us how you could even go to Hawaii for the Christmas break and still find something. The problem does not lie in getting a good deal, cheaper than other sites, the problem lies with their being anything available at all. Why should I pay over $5000 for a service that I cannot even use. If I cannot go on the website and book a vacation like I was told I could than you have sold me a service that does not exist. The bottom line is that we were lied to and our money was taken from us under false pretenses. I would not be requesting a refund if I could actually book the travel that I want on through your services, but you sold us a lie. I cannot book the services I was guaranteed at the presentation and therefore want a refund of all the money we paid to you.
