This company is a jokeI ordered a lamp for my televisionIt worked for days & blew outI returned the lamp & decided to give them another tryWhen I received the replacement bulb, I took it out of the box & the bulb was not attached the case that you insert into the tvIt was moving all around in the encasingI have not been able to look at my tv for over a monthI see why they are so cheap because they are their lamps are garbage

We are truly sorry for the confusion that Ms *** has experiencedI believe it stems from her misreading our policyThe situation is exactly as she stated itWe did replace the bulbs to her when they were defecive for the period of the warrantyAs she states, and quite
correctly, our warranty is "All *** items come with a day refund guarantee and a day replacement warranty from the original date of purchase" She then goes on to say that nowhere does it state that it does not, in her terms, "roll over"However she is not reading the last six words of the statement she quotes"from the original date of purchase." this clearly states that the warranty starts from day one and does not go beyond the period statedHad she requested a refund during the first thirty days we would have complied with no questions askedWe did as she requested and replaced defective lamps undet the warrantyI am willing to refund her the addititonal shipping charges she encountered as a gesture of good willShe need only forward me a receipt for the shipping charge and we will refund that amountFreight costs to return the replacements to her were already paid by us We are sorry for her issue but take great pride in our years in business and always trying to resolve issues fairlyIn this case I recognize she is not happy and am willing to ease some of that cost by refunding her freight.J*** ***

Although this customer used incredibly foul language to my employees, we are stil willing to send a call tag so that no additional charges are passed on to them in order for them to get their refund*** does indeed produce lamps in China and many other countries as well
None of the statements made in our advertising or as stated by *** were or misleading We are sorry that this customer is so unhappy and if our paying the freight helps resolve their discomfort we are happy to do soThey should call *** at ###-###-#### and we will arrange a return tag for them.*** ***

Bought a tv lamp for my dlp tv and the lamp shattered somehow while I was watching tvIt only lasted days now sears customer service can't get them to reply to meCompany is horrible and sears need to do something because apparently I'm not the only one who had experienced this!! Do not buy from them!

The customer contacted us already outside of his original warrantyWe replaced his lamp at no charge which we were not required to doThis was done because we have been in business for years and we alwasy try to go the extra mile for a customerHe was told it was a final replacementThe fact that he is not satisified is unfortunate but we were not required to do anyting for him under our original purchase agreeementWe just tried to be helpfuli am willing to sell him a new lamp at a discount but that is all we can do for himNo further action will be allowed in regard to his complaint

I am rejecting this response because: If they had not sent me defective products three times this would not be an issueMy money has been taken by a business that sells defective parts and then when their defects run the time limit out on the warranty they use the time limit excuseWhen I talked about the warranty I thought I had made it clear that no where did it state that replacement parts did not renew the warranty timeMy understanding is the warranty was for the original purchase, not the replacement partsI only know about it now because I was told when I tried to get the third defective part returnedI have had to deal with defective issues in the past with other businesses, and when they sent replacement parts they would put a new warranty on the replacement part I have never been told that I was out of luck because of a time issueI feel I have been scammed by a vague warranty and a business that sells defective partsI now have a television I can't use and all I get back is "your not getting anything else for your money." I paid cash and don't have receipts for the postage because I didn't expect to get reimbursed for itYou took $of my hard earned money and could care less that your problems with your product are causing me to be penalized

Although we are sorry that the customer had a bad experience, we always offer an exchange or a refund for any product we sellWe state clearly in our comapny information that return freight is always the responsibility of the customerWe also state that we wil pay the return freight of any product
exchanged defective or otherwiseWe are a mail order company and product does need to be shipped which entails costsWhile we recognize that the custoemr does not feel it is just for him to have to pay for return freight on a defective, he must realize that many products returned are often not defective, and indeed are often not ours but the original defective lamp the customer had that he replaced with our product! To offset this cost we split the difference with our custoemrs and they pay the return freight to us and we pay the freight back to him for the replacementSince he is unhappy we would even offer free freight ot him on any purchase he might make as a way of offsetting his return cost, but a refund of freight is in our estimtion is neither fair nor reasonable in this case

The report from the custoemr does not wuite match the notes we have in his fileit show that his original purchase was on 10/29/he called on 1/24/and reported a "darker picture than the original" and requested a replacemetnWe replied and explained the replacement processhe then
requested a refund and we explained that the unit was beyond our day refund period but that a no charge exchage was finehe accepted that and a new unit was sent on 1/29/after receiving his defective unit back
The custeomr in his complaint says that he never used it and waited three months to test it and that it did not workhowever on 4/16/he called us to say the replacement bulb we had sent did not work any longer and that he wanted a refundwe can cleatly infer from this that he was using it from January till April when he called to report it defectiveOur warranty covers our products from the date of purchase and since that was long past his reported defective date on the second lamp he was not due a refud or another exchangeWe are sorry he is disattisfied but feel that no fuirther action is warranted on Electrified's part

I am rejecting this response because: They admitted that they sent a second one out in January which was reported non working in April. I did not use this bulb because I can show you the bill for the other quality [redacted] bulb I put in my unit. I wanted to test it before the 5 months were up  and was then told that their warranty started with the initial bad bulb in October. Give me a break. These guys took me for over $200 with their unusable product. They are claiming no wrong doing but if I had replaced that bulb again and again these bulbs would have run out of their warranty. Shame on them and their big bold letters on their site claiming 150 day warranty on their products. I would like my money back. I have already talked to a lawyer and will take them to small claims court because I do not want them to do this to other people. Their warranty policy isnt just and the word I received from them when I called was that  their distribution source would not give them credit. This is an expensive bulb and there are a number of people dissatisfied with their products. I guess customer care isnt part of their forte.

The product they sent to us was not a good quality item. They have an [redacted] store and their whole item description page is dedicated to bragging about their merchandise and they go so far as to claim that the "E" rated replacement bulb for my [redacted] TV under goes stringent quality checks and I quote "Every E and O Series lamp or bulb undergoes stringent quality checks to guarantee the Highest Performance and Long Life expectancy." However, after purchasing a "new" bulb from them I received an item that was barely brighter than the one I had that was going bad. It was so dim I still had to have the lights off to see the screen clearly. This was my first and last experience with this company ever. They require me pay for return shipping on their faulty item that they guaranteed to meet oem specifications and quality. It was and is a complete rip off. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they sell sub par quality items while claiming they are superior in quality, that is false advertisement!
