I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] is unhappy with the rebate program. The $0.82 rebate Mr [redacted] references in his complaint issued on a purchase dated 6/5/16 and was not for the transaction about which he was inquiring. They refused to call they refused to send an email back there's no way to communicate with them. 6/20/15, eight weeks from that date was 8/15/15. The rebate was issued to Ms [redacted] on 8/12/15. Due to the enormous volume ofrebate submission during this rebate period, processing did take longer than usual.
