Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It plainly states on the contract upon completion I am to sign off that I accept the condition of items moved, that was never doneIt was not done because at no time did I know the movers were completeTo say I offered a mover a beer is a bold faced lie and can prove it, the gentleman asked for a drink I gave him a water and then he asked for a beer which I did give him as I thought again they were going to do as promised and finish the jobInstead they left, I have attached photo's of items damaged or destroyedThe desk had to be placed out for garbage pick up, [redacted] states that it's pressed wood and not made to be moved and I was warned prior to movingAt no time was I warned about anything, if it wasn't made to be moved then leave it and we would have moved and not destroyed a perfectly good deskThe 4th photo is of a mover carrying our dining room table out the door all by himself, sloppy and why many items were damagedShe keeps asking me what I want, well I wanted a smooth move with nothing damaged, instead I have many items damaged and her not offering to try and make this right after repeated promises she wouldThis isn't my business but when a consumer pays over $for a move and would have paid more to have the work completed and then to provide photos of the damage underscores the type of service she providesObviously I'd like to be compensated for her and her teams shortcomings as I didn't ask for all thisThank you very much for your attention to this matter Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand that the sod can't be laid at this time due to the snow Previously, at the time I called it was a two week period where we had good weather My builder laid the sod in December I would prefer to keep this case open until the weather improves and the sod can be laid because I don't trust that they will complete this task After their last response to the complaint, I called them to schedule this task and I spoke to " [redacted] " He was extremely rude and was quick to tell me they weren't going to do anything for for me since I called the Revdex.com After he hung up on me I called [redacted] 's Moving back and was unable to speak with [redacted] but left a message to call me To date, no one from [redacted] 's has ever returned any of my phone calls Regards, [redacted] ***

Response:The cabinet, which is pressboard is not covered at all by any movers, it is specifically excluded and states so on our quotes, confirmations and contractsWe attempted to get it repaired however due to it being pressboard, our vendor rejected itWe have sent the customer a settlement in the amount of $even though it should not be covered at allWe do have the cabinet and if they would like it returned to them, we can do so and they can attempt to repairWe have settled the claim significantly past our legal obligation out of concern for our customerWe can further assist by returning the cabinet and the customer can do with it as they choose.Sent on: 3/28/1:21:PM

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Ms [redacted] refused to provide her insurance provider information to me I requested insurance information the week of April 18th and numerous times thereafter; however, I did not get a response from the insurance company until May 31st by email I received a check on 6/17/from [redacted] 's Moving and Storage out of an operating account that was dated 6/13/ It was not issued from the insurance company The claim is not resolved as I dispute the amount that Ms [redacted] wants to settle the amount for My concern is that it took around weeks for me to receive insurance information from Ms [redacted] along with numerous other issues Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We informed the phone representative of the additional stop when we added the additional piece of furniture to be delivered It's unfortunate that this company is "doubling-down" on misstatements The number of stops was never a surprise Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [After a review of my personal cell phone records, Ms [redacted] never personally returned my phone calls as requested Emails delivered to her and the company's claim department generate a generic response by email Please be advised that since the Revdex.com does not handle robbery and/or theft complaints that this claim focuses on the refusal of Ms [redacted] to share insurance information with the claimant However, since Ms [redacted] brought up the theft in the response to her previous message I believe that I must provide additional information to her statement Please be advised her own insurance company recommended that I could file a complaint with the Kentucky Department of InsuranceMs [redacted] acknowledged to the police officer that other movers had stolen items previously Therefore, why doesn't her company mention purchasing insurance on the phone instead of in an email to better serve customers? Also, just because an item is not in the pawn system does not mean that it was not stolen Ms [redacted] did report to me that one of the movers previously moved me; however, she did not put in her statement that the same worker in collaboration with another refused to unhook hoses for a washer and dryer My father left the apartment unattended to retrieve tools as they stated they would not unhook the washer and dryer Also, the movers requested that my father go to the ***io area and wipe down an outside chaise lounge because there was a spider web on it and the mover was afraid of spiders I recognize the Revdex.com does not deal with complaints of theft; however, [redacted] 's Movers failed to meet the verbal agreement of unhooking hoses to the washer and dryer as their company representative reported they would when I arranged the move ] Regards, [redacted] ***

We have had email exchanges regarding concerns on this moveI have consistently asked what is desired and been criticized for the questionAreas of concern;Missing leg- was found next dayBeer was offered by customer to mover at end of moveWhile it had zero impact on the move, it is thrown in as a point of contention in every communication.Took minutes to have any furniture loaded on the truck- I explained that it takes time to prepare furniture to move it safely.Missing screws to mirror- purchased by customer, compensation offered by company and declinedI have asked a number of times what is the desired resolutionHere is the response I received"Like I said Margaret, I’m not going back and forthI think from my perspective as a customer who was willing to pay more money to get things done and whom your movers had a good enough relationship with me at both my homes to have confidence enough to request a beer rather than a water knowing I wouldn’t get upset and happily give speaks volumesI don’t feel like for the $$ we got what we paid for at allAnd the point I still believe you are missing is you can’t seem to agree with thatYou just tell me what’s covered and what’s not and if I want money back then I tell you how much I want backNever have I seen a business ask the customer what they want back, rather the business says I’ll make it right and this is what I’ll doI’ve paid the $620, I’m not gonna dictate to you what I feel I’m entitled too, this isn’t my business it’s yoursIt’s disappointing on many levels emails are still being sent about this but what do I knowI appreciate your time, good day"Which was in response to this email from me;"Again, I am not at all trying to justify poor customer service but get to the bottom of your issues individuallyAgain, I am asking if you would like to be compensated for your time & trouble in obtaining the missing screwsI am not demeaning you whatsoeverNot in the leastI am not missing the pointI am trying to resolve the issues individually and I believe that my explanation of the issue is being regarded as argumentative, which I am not trying to in any wayHaving said that, if they arrived at 2pm, they would have had to pad items or prepare them before moving themIf nothing was done prior to 2:17pm, I will gladly refund the minutesI am sorry you are not satisfied with the movePlease let me know what you would like me to do at this point to mitigate your dissatisfaction as much as possible Please let me know what it will take to make you happy & I will do my level best to do it for you Warmest Regards, [redacted] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A claim form has not been received to process any claimsOne has been sent & I will send anotherI am sorry after our hard work and my attempts to mitigate the customer's dissatisfaction that we have not been able to put this to restWhen I explain why it took minutes to get anything on the truck (because the furniture had to be padded & prepared) I am told that I am giving excusesI have continually asked what is desired with no clear response Regards, [redacted]

Response:I am very sorry that you are displeasedThe information given was that we were moving the item between rooms and was $As a practice, we NEVER charge in advance for moving servicesTherefore the charge for $was for move day 3/26/onlyFurther a price of $to come with or more men would never be a price point we could support and therefore quoteIf there is evidence that proves this to be inaccurate, I would be glad to honor itHowever based on both of the above policies, I cannot make a change to the chargesWe did attempt to move the item back as a courtesy, however we were informed that it was already movedWe thank you for your business and we hope that the above evidence is acceptable.Sent on: 5/10/3:00:PM

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They were never given the wrong address, plus were provided with my phone number to call which they never did Had it been done timely there was ample time to lay sod They did come out and "dump" dirt and never smoothed it out We have tried to do some of that on our own They didn't drive on a vacant lot, it was our yard with new sod laid in December They also new our address as they were here once before I was told after they dumped off the dirt in piles that they would be back to lay sod and bring more dirt They didnt lay any dirt until after I filed a complaint with your office becaise they wouldnt respond to my phone calls That hasn't occurred yet and I expect sod to be laid once snow is gone as I was told they would do This won't be resolved until they replace the sod they damaged Regards, [redacted] ***

The set was in good condition when the movers left with it It has been moved twice before without any damage. The only acceptable solution is an additional check for $so I can replace my 3-piece china cabinet set.The business has not tried to reach a fair solution They have insulted me by offering $for a $set of furniture

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again, there was never a mention of an hourly rate, only what was quoted And there was a load up change that was "suppose to chaged becuase of time" but it was done with no way for me to verify it was even done, or how long it took.To be clear, I was quoted for a full job....and sent confirmation of the quote several times at margerets moving before pickup, after pickup, and before drop off and the price alwys reflected the same quote amount...which is why we are even having this issue...I was never made aware additional changes were being incured, and If I would have known thats how they do business I would have avoided them, as I have since talked to other moving companies whom also said it was a bad deal...and they would have been a flat price upfront as they represented.I am pretty sure I will not get anything from this, but I just want my complaint to be on file As I am retired Army Oficer, I have also requested Margaret Moving be Blacklisted for Military families at fort Knox as wellThank You
