[redacted] The Sales Manager discussed the situation with the consumer on several occasionsShe brought her vehicle in because it stopped on her and she had to get it jumpedThe Service dept looked at vehicle and determined it was the batteryThe battery was replaced and the problem is fixedDuring the time her vehicle was in service she was given a loaner to useHer car has been ready for several daysShe hasn't come to pick it up [redacted] needs to return the loaner vehicle and pick up her vehicle which is repairedShe is no longer authorized to be in the dealership's loaner vehicleThe Sales Manager also advised her she could trade the vehicle in if she chose but it would not be replaced as the consumer purchased the vehicle, we remedied the battery issue and the vehicle is hersSincerelyTracey F*, Premier Automotive Management

AprilI have pulled the purchase file and the service file for the consumer's vehicleI have verified a used vehicle inspection was indeed performed on the vehicle before saleI have also verified the consumer signed and As Is document reflecting the only warranty that comes with the vehicle is
