fixed. . During the time her vehicle was in service she was given a loaner to use. Her car has been ready for several days. She hasn't come to pick it up. [redacted] needs to return the loaner vehicle and pick up her vehicle which is repaired. She is no longer authorized to be in the dealership's loaner vehicle. The Sales Manager also advised her she could trade the vehicle in if she chose but it would not be replaced as the consumer purchased the vehicle, we remedied the battery issue and the vehicle is hers. SincerelyTracey F[redacted], Premier Automotive Management

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10850243, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If the vehicle had been indeed checked before it was the sold the code should have appeared. The day after the vehicle was purchased the code was pulled.  Recently the code was pulled again and it is reading the same thing. The test may not been completed correctly if it was done at all. Either way the car was sold with this problem.

[redacted]In reviewing the contract for the pre-paid maintenance it shows that his coverage expired. It states 36 mo/40,ooo miles whichever comes first. He is over 40,000 miles therefore any claim submitted would be declined. Management at the dealership has advised me they informed the consumer of the expiration previously as well. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10850243, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. As I have stated before the car had not had an oil change before it was sold. Please provide proof the car was in fact properly inspected and serviced. Again, the code came on the day after it was purchased and was pulled the same day. This should have been found and fixed before it was sold.

Yes, I intended to put December 2016. December 22,2016 is when I first visited the business to purchase a car.
