Dear Revdex.com,We are sorry to hear that our customer is not satisfied with our serviceOur customer entered into a legally binding month agreement with us on 07/28/for a website, contact management system, and an average monthly volume of LeadsDirect leadsWe gave her discount of $off for
her first two months All of the leads that our customer has received from us are real people who chose to register on her website after clicking on one of the paid advertisements that we placed for our customer on search enginesWe run these advertisements on and off throughout the month in order to meet our customer's lead guaranteeIf a website visitor did not come from our paid advertising, it does not count as a lead from Market Leader or towards the guaranteeAll of the leads in our customer's contact management system are labeled with a Source, so she can see how each lead reached her websiteOnly contacts with a Source of "Google" or "Other Ad Campaigns" are counted towards the lead guaranteeIf a lead finds our customer's website organically in a search engine, the Source will say "SEO"These leads do not count towards the guarantee We question the motives of any person or company who approaches our customers claiming to be a website or SEO "expert" with feedback about our agent's website with usWe have found that many of these "experts" are not reputable businessesSince Search Engine Optimization is not an exact science, but rather a set of guidelines and best practicesWe encourage our customers to focus on creating valuable website content, page titles, and page descriptions in order to rank higher in search enginesWe are not aware of any errors in the setup of her website I see that our Customer Care team and also our customer's Account Executive have answered these questions and concerns multiple timesIf our customer still has questions, we urge her to reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistanceTheir contact information can be found in her contact management system with us under the Help menu We are unable to cancel this contract early since services are being provided per the contract that both parties agreed toJanuary is the last month of our customer’s month agreementShe will need to reach out to us in January, before the 25th, of the month in order to cancel this agreementHowever, I see that our customer currently has an Outstanding Balance of $that was due on 09/01/If this balance is not paid, her account will eventually be cancelled in poor standing due to nonpayment

Please beware of Market Leader I was a very new real estate agent playing around with my free placester website, shortly after I received a call from Murillo at Market Leader ( the call showed my office number on the caller ID, I was believing this was actuall a resource from KW, not the case at all) He was promising me this and that, number one spot on google, great leads a month and the price just keeps going up from a month to a month all the while I am telling him I am new and have no income I can’t afford a monthHe preceded to tell me he can do my website, make sure my website shows up on the first page of google and get solid leads a month for 269, but this is a trial and it will go up to after months but I will be so swamped with business from this website that will be nothing compared to the money I’ll be bringing in, stupid on my part I know, but keep in mind I’m thinking this someone affiliated with my office since that’s the number that showed in my caller IDSo I agree to the a month for months, remember this a trial period I just have to go to my email and authorize the payment for I get some leads, not a month, and they were all bogus, rarely opens emails, never answer the phone so I call in to cancel my trialOh no they tell me I signed a month contract ( when I authorized the payment, that’s the contract) but they will drop it to months but I cannot cancel I know there was small print I should’ve read and some of this is my fault for falling for such a scam but they are very misleading, calling from your office number, never telling you that you are signing a month contract just an authorization of payment (that is what they sent me when I asked for the contract I signed)
When agents are starting out with little to no income just trying to find a way to get leads and business have a hard enough time without scammers like these coming in and promising the world for more than outrageous pricesIf this saves one person from using Market Leader then I have done my job but I hope to stop several and hopefully they go out of business

I have been suffering serious financial difficulties which left me unable to pay for Market Leader ProMy account was cancelled for non-payment on 6/28/It was then reactivated so they could charge me an additional month while I'm not able to log in and benefit from their servicesI tried resetting my password this past week but it said my account could not be found, indicating that no reactivation actually took place

I was billed for one year one March 1,however, left real estate on April Lisa in billing is the worst customer services I have ever worked withShe was not being helpful at all and said that the refund had to be processed through my bank and not through the company I don't understand how this is at all possibleIf I paid for a years subscription and only used one month of it, I believe I am entitled for months of a refund from your company Please contact me via phone to settle this

I reached out to the Market Leader Vice President of Business Operations, Robert V***, weeks agoHe was on vacation but communicated with me several times while he was awayI was very impressed with his superior customer service skillsHe scheduled a phone meeting with me today and we spoke for about an hourHe took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my viewpoint and come up with several options for meThe call ended with him agreeing to end my contract effective August 31, I am very grateful and appreciative for the way he handled my concern

I called Market Leader a couple months ago to inquire about their software and other programsThe sales lady Danielle S*** immediately sunk her teeth into me telling me how I need to invest into their paid leads programThe leads are running out and their are only left in my area and I would actually have to pick a couple different zip codes because that's how short they are on leadsI was very hesitant because it was a large fanancial commitment and I did not have a lot of money in my budgetShe kept badgering me about how this was an opportunity of a lifetime and I will regret not signing upI finally gave in and signed upAfter getting my first couple days I got an email which said I was locked in for a yearI was never told that this was a one year contract otherwise I would have never signed up I called back explaining I did not like the leads I only received emailsI took that info and used a paid service to find more about these leadsRarely was I able to contact

I have been using Market Leader to help generate leads for real estate transactions for the past months They promised at least quality leads per month Since I have been using their services, I have generated no real estate transactions from any of their provided leads In addition, almost half of the leads they have provided have viewed or less properties on my website I do not consider these to be quality leads I am losing almost $a month for this service and have received nothing in return I would no longer like to do business with Market Leader as I do not feel their services are adequate
I called Market Leader in August and spoke to a representative who said I would have to see my contract through months, and if I was still unhappy with the service, I could cancel I called back this December to cancel, as this would have been months I was now told that I could not cancel the contract, but they would look into it and call me back I never received

I signed up for Market Leader last April for real estate leads I was told by my sales person that these leads were screened and would be quality leads I paid for leads per month for $ From the beginning, I never received the amount or quality of leads that I was promised and paid for The leads that were sent to me were mostly bogus leads, rarely received phone numbers and the other leads that were sent had bad email addresses or just completely "fake" people I contacted Market Leader early on to discuss my dissatisfaction with their service, but never received a response The only time I was ever contacted by the company was when my credit card would not go through At that time I called their offices and spoke to a customer service rep and again expressed my concerns and was told I could get out of the contract after six months and that I would be credited for leads not received I was also emailed by a another employee who I communicated with once or twice, but as
