This company violated federal TCPA laws by contacting me on my cellphone (Which is registered on the NDC list) without prior consent, I tried reaching out to the company but received no response.

However, we have searched our records for her phone number. We found multiple instances where Ms. consented to receive marketing messages. We understand sometimes people click through websites without reading all the terms. Accordingly, we have added Ms.’s phone number to our internal Do Not Call list (which includes messages).
