Chimney leaks (and other various spots in the house) from the new roof and/or new gutters that were installed.
Company has been here 15 times from Oct 2017 - Jan 2020 with no resolution.
Owner called Feb 2020 and said it's " Not their fault, and there's nothing more we can do."
To whom it may concern, Although we do agree that there is an issue on ***'s house, It is an issue with the masonry part of the chimney, not the roof. Yes, we have been there at least 15 times. A few of the trips were to clean up debris and paint the front steps. Most of the trips were to try to diagnose the water issue. We have looked and tested every angle of the chimney flashing using multiple different installers and managers from our company. The outcome that we have arrived at unanimously is that there is no problem with the work we performed, and it is an issue for a mason. We did water tests, pulled the flashing apart, inspected caulking & gutters, and used thermal imaging cameras to test & diagnose and did not find in any of these tests any evidence of faulty chimney flashing or workmanship that would cause this specific water issue. We went all these times to try to help her find the root cause of the issue. We find it unfortunate that when we discovered the root cause to be the chimney, that she is dissatisfied with the findings. We are not masons, and cannot fix the chimney, nor did we cause the damage. We have exhausted all means in our power to try to help. Regards, Adam O Owner Marshall Exteriors, LLC
The most professional and honest company I have ever dealt with. From the sales rep to the crew that did the work, I was 100% satisfied. When they left, I could not find one thing wrong nor was there any trash left behind. It seems so good to have a company today that does such a good job and for a fair price.

Marshall Exteriors did a tear off and installation of a new roof and gutters in very cold weather. They did a wonderful job. The roof and gutters look great and we are completely satisfied with the installation. They did a good clean up but missed some small shingle scraps, probably because of snow, so I can't fault them on that. We look forward to having them back for additional jobs.
If you can be flexible about starting and finish of the project...it's worth the wait. The work is done with extreme care and the transformation will leave you speechless. The staff is wonderful and take very good care of their customers. The job crew is very friendly and accommodating. Great work!!

I had a screened porch removed and replaced with updated materials. The materials that Marshall Exteriors uses are superior. The screens feels like they will never rip. The craftsmanship of the steps that they fixed were superb and the porch itself is exactly what I'd hoped I would get. I would recommend them to everyone.

He was knowledgeable, polite and made suggestions without being “ pushy.” Travis was confident, thorough, and readily answered any questions or concerns. Can’t wait to get our shutters!

Marshall’s added an attractive sun room to our home under some unusual circumstances involving a string of bad weather events and some coordination issues with water remediation work that drifted into scheduled sun room work. Those factors contributed to some snafus, but Marshall’s managed them and took the necessary steps to ensure we were satisfied with the finished product. The project took longer than we anticipated, but the end product met our expectations, and we would work with Marshall’s again.

very good job with the siding project at my home. everyone treated me with respect and made me feel like part of their family. they worked so hard in the winter ,dealing with snow and harsh temperatures and got the job done. well done crew and my heart cant thank u enough for making me love my home more.

Easy to do business with as no hi pressure sales used. Contract specifications between customer and Marshall Exteriors honored after contract signed. Follow-up with minor issues resolved quickly
so never a need to call repeatedly to plead for corrective action. All pertinent projection questions answered to assure customer is pleased. We would use them again should we have another project. Your mistake if you do not check them as a capable contractor to have the job done right.

Very nice people to do business with from beginning to the end of our project. They did an awesome job with the siding and skirting on our manufactured home. We have got so many compliments on the way it looks from every one.
