G. Fedale Roofing and Siding was a pleasure to do business with. They promptly arrived to provide an estimate, which after a very informative presentation was printed and given to me before the sales person left my home. They scheduled my work so much more quickly than I had anticipated. The roofing crew arrived when expected, worked well together, were very polite, did a perfect job, and removed all the day's mess at the end of each work day. Amanda, in the office and Darren at the site were so helpful in answering all my questions or concerns. They are both true assets to the company as is Brad, the sales person. Thank you for superior service.

I was treated horrible by this company and wasted over a month of my time waiting for them to come do my roof. Was sent a proposal on 8/16/15 from [redacted]i quoting $4250 to replace a roof on a 28x56 doublewide. Roof was to be a metal roof . Was given other quotes not that far from his quote. His was $700 less than one other , so I signed the papers sent back next day . Thought everything was going ok, was emailed a couple times from lady in office that I was on schedule to have roof done 1st week of October . Then was left a message on 9/17/15 from [redacted]i, who is the man who came out to the house and did my quote and that I have been corresponding with- that he made a big mistake, roof should have been quoted at $22,000, he felt horrible so he would do it for $18,900 but he understood if I never wanted to call him again?? WTH? I did call him later that day after work. He told me he had quoted me on the wrong material which was the 2nd time he had done this . When he first called, he quoted me 2300 to 2400 for shingle roof stating our roof was a piece of cake-nothing to it. Then I told him I wanted a metal roof not shingle . He sent me pictures of a metal roof , asking is this the kind you want? . I said yes that's it exactly . Then he sent me a color chart and picked the color I wanted. (So how do you order wrong material ?) He then stated for the quote he gave me, that it wouldn't even be enough to do a shingle roof on my house . (Shingle roof would be around $5000.) I reminded him he quoted me 2300 for that. He said he must have pushed the wong numbers on his calculator. I feel like our whole converstion yesterday was nothing but lies! Really hope this gets looked into by Revdex.com so no one else has to get treated like I was treated .

I would like to thank the staff and crew for being a company of their word. Had my roof replaced by G. Fedale roofing 10 years ago. I recently called for a repair, and within a few hours they were at my house completing the repair. Great job, great service, thanks again, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Fedale's carpenters are currently on site attempting to resolve problem. We are optimistic this repair will stop the water from leaking into the basement. We will need to evaluate repairs after a substantial rain storm.

G. Fedale recently replaced our roof and siding. Their sales person, Jake, spent a lot of time with us and carefully explained all options, materials and cost. A detailed contract was provided to us once we decided to go with this company. As construction began, our project manager and/or assistant project manager, Joe and Jesse, respectively, were constantly in touch and always ready to answer any questions we had throughout the project. The crews were professional and did a great job in cleaning up the work area. Best of all our house looks wonderful! Hands down this company has their act together and I will gladly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you G. Fedale for a positive home improvement experience!

I had my roof replaced in December of 2002. The shingles were Certainteed. The workmanship is shabby. Shingles were replaced over a layer of old shingles. The flashing around the chimney is faulty. The ridge vent was installed over old ridge vent and does not work. Nails were exposed. I don't know how this A+ rating was given.
I don not understand how I have to replace a roof in 13 yrs.

Just had (2) new third floor Windows replaced. Staff was courteous and respectful. Work was finished with integrity and precision to detail. I would recommend G. Fedale to anyone who needed work completed on their home.

The G. Fedale team was great and we are so pleased with the work done.
