RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . Please add your rejection comments below. [redacted] sent my warranty refund to the lien holder (***) of $942.00. I am concerned to why it has been sent to [redacted] when I am the person who paid for my warranty. I never agreed to or authorize [redacted] to send a check to ***. I was aware that I'd be the one receiving my warranty check. I called [redacted] 02/29/2016 at 1:11 PM and spoke to [redacted] , she told me that they won't be able to send my check to me because [redacted] should've sent it to me. With that being said, I still haven't received my [redacted] insurance refund of $695.00. I paid for my [redacted] insurance and [redacted] failed to add it to my vehicle. So I'm expecting my [redacted] insurance refund of $695.00. So, when will I be expecting it? FYI: I'll be waiting for it. Please don't send out my check to ***. Thank you. Regards, [redacted] ***
