Ms*** can expect an apology letter from *** for the confusion caused by ***'s error in processing the *** contractAll funds had been sent at the outset of cotracting to ***Martin's PreOwned Auto Center has been transparent throughot these dealings and fufilled the obligation to send *** funds and contracts in a timely fashionMartin's had taken immediate steps with regard to cancellation with *** and have sent the cancelled funds to Ms***s Lienhoder ***The confusion with Ms*** and *** has stemmed with ***Martin's will take full measure to ensure that *** relay the confusion on their part to Ms***. Ms*** has cancelled her *** warranty and Express systems warrantyShe has notified the selling dealer in writing.Martin's (the selling dealer) processed the warranty and *** cancellations with *** and Resource Management Corp*** had received the cancellation from the selling
dealerThe selling dealer had sent the proceeds of the cancelled warranty to Ms***'s Lienholder, *** ***These proceeds had been mailed regular mail,to the Leinholder with a check payable to *** *** with Ms***s Account number listed on the check.There was no deceitfulness on the part of the selling dealerMs*** simply went through the cancllation processIf there is anything we the selling dealer can do to answer any questions for Ms*** she may call *** *** directly. Martin's will request that *** and Express systems write a letter of apology, should there had been a lag or delay in the process on their part.We wish Ms*** well in her automobile purchasing in the future and respect that she had been a Martin's customer for the length of her purchase with us.Truly,***

I I have contacted the seller all week asking for my original documents, proof of cancellation of the loan and the MV'ABformShe continues to state that this form is not necessary for me to get my tax return.Once again I was informed by the Department of Revenue Taxes that without this form that I will not get my tax returnHe also said that if she has paid these taxes that there shouldn't be any issues on her filling out this form and have it mailed to meIt is a resignation of sales form that has to be filled out by the seller I have done my part, I have given her the tax money she had paid so she wouldn't lose moneyShe agreed on providing me all the documentation necessary for me to get my refund backI was at the *** n water town to try to file in for my tax return, and I was informed that for me to get the refund I need the form MV'ABfrom the dealer and it has ti be **iled to the department of revenues servicesI was informed twice, that if these taxes were paid , there shouldn't be any problem filling out this form.Second of all the only registration the runner did was the *** taxes, he did not register the vehicle, did not do the VIN check, and did not pay any *** *** taxesI had called all these places and none of what she stated had been doneAnd the only receipt she had was from the **ss Taxes paymentNo other proof of registry was shown.I do wish to continue looking for another vehicle, but not having my original documents is not letting me move forwardAlso if I do not receive the MV'ABform I will submit the C-and they will not refund me I will go further with this matter.I have done everything possible to get in touch and have her cooperateI have asked the seller for the Resignation of sales form and she refuses do so saying it is un necessary.If the seller is well intentioned I don't see why not fill out this form.it takes days to get into the system for me to confirm if taxes were paid The seller had told me last Friday she would overnight all the documents necessary for my refund,and my original documentation from my vehicle, until today I have not received anything.And until this day all the seller has had delivered to me was a blank C-form and a copy of the supposed receipt that the taxes have been paidNo other cooperation has come from part, except for excuses saying she has no time and that she will mail it when ever she canLooking forward to closing this **tter ASAP

To whom it may concern: Mr*** purchased a *** *** *** on 10/17/Mr*** had a day Limited Used Vehicle warranty as mandated by the State Of Ma. In addition, at no charge to him he was provided with a month mile warranty on the Engine, Drivetrain
and transmissionAt the time of purchase he was offered extended service coverage in addition to the selling price but had declined this offer and signed as such.On Saturday November 5th I had received a call from Mr*** that he had been driving to work on Thursday November 3rd and his temperature gage rose to the red line and the vehicle overheatedHe stated that he had driven it homeMr*** said that he drove to work on Friday November 4th and it drove fine but the check engine light was onI informed Mr*** that he should cease from driving the vehicle and get it towed to a mechanic shop for diagnosisI Told him that he could damage the engine if he drives itIt should not have driven it home in the first place when it overheatedI followed Mr*** up with a phone call to him on November 8, Mr*** told me that the vehicle was driving fine and that the check engine light had gone offI informed Mr*** that my advice to him is NOT to drive the vehicle and to have it looked at by a repair shopI had heard nothing from Mr*** until 12/27/months and days after the expiration of his limited used vehicle warranty expiredMr*** had his vehicle at *** and was not satisfied with their service. Mr*** had his vehicle towed to ***'s Repair***'s repair called in a claim to the warranty company that approved the claimMr*** chose to have his vehicle towed out of ***'s back to *** 24.Martin's Pre-Owned Auto Center has provided the purchaser with above and beyond serviceWe had extended a Powertrain warranty to Mr***In spite of warning Mr*** of the hazards of driving the vehicle he continued to do so over an extended period of timeDriver negligence is not covered under the provisions of either the expired limited used vehicle warranty nor the extended month or thousand mile agreementIt is a bewilderment to me why Mr*** chose these methods that he did

]it now has been six months that I been waiting for my refund of dollars for brakes there is nothing else to talk about and were is the receipt for the new tires you guys put on the *** I attached the bill for the tires I put on the *** thank you

*** sent my warranty refund to the lien holder (***) of $I am concerned to why it has been sent to *** when I am the person who paid for my warrantyI never agreed to or authorize *** to send a check to ***I was aware that I'd be the one receiving my warranty checkI called *** 02/29/at 1:PM and spoke to ***, she told me that they won't be able to send my check to me because *** should've sent it to meWith that being said, I still haven't received my *** *** insurance refund of $I paid for my *** insurance and *** failed to add it to my vehicleSo I'm expecting my *** insurance refund of $So, when will I be expecting it? FYI: I'll be waiting for itPlease don't send out my check to ***Thank you
