Review: I purchased 3 -40 oz of milky spore and applicator on line . Payment through PayPal. Order was placed on March[redacted] and shipped March **. I checked the UPS tracking number the product was delivered March [redacted].

I have called and left several messages to Marvin Gardens ....no reply. I have sent several emails and NO REPLY!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the product . I also would appreciate some type of apology prefer email. If the product is not available I want the credit back on my account.

Review: Marvin Gardens Store has processed a Master Card credit card charge for goods not received, and has refused do-date, to correct this billing over-charge to our M/C account. We are Canadian citizens - [redacted]. On Friday, June **, 2013, we ordered an "AquaSurge 3000" pond pump (Order #[redacted]), wherein our Master Card was charged: ($303.98, Shipping & Handling $54.50, US DOLLAR 358.48 X 1.**167819) = GRAND TOTAL, $387.76 US. We received TWO email invoices from Marvin Garden's Store for this pump: 1.) Friday, June **, 2013 - Marvin Gardens Shipment #[redacted] for Order #[redacted] 2.) Monday, July **, 2013 - United States Postal Service,[redacted] On Tuesday, July **, 2013, we received a USA Postal Service Shipment from Marvin Gardens Store: The parcel with with this Shipment and Order # and USA Postal tracking number - contained a 1 Gallon LIQUID "PBL Formula Cleaning Compound", valued at $40.00, $5.45 Postage fees, Total $45.45. As per information on parcel it has the USA postal [redacted] , and also Marvin Gardens Store Shipment #[redacted], for Order #[redacted]. *On June **, 2013 (the date of pump order), our Master Card was billed $387.76 US Funds. *We did not receive the pond pump in this parcel, but our Master Card was billed for it. I have spoken on the telephone to[redacted], Owner Marvin Gardens Store, on 4 separate occasions regarding his Store's error, trying to resolve this issue. These conversations took place between July ** - July **, 2013. And on July [redacted], *as per his request*, I sent [redacted] Emails containing: a) forwards of the TWO invoices from his Marvin Gardens Store sent to my email address, b) redacted Jpeg image of our Master Card billing Statement showing the $387.76 (US DOLLARS) charge to our account, c) a Jpeg IMAGE of the USA Postal Service Tracking service Web Site showing this parcel's movement, d) a Jpeg IMAGE of the USA Postal Service Shipment showing all invoicing with Shipment and Order #'s and also Tracking Number for same, with contents of the LIQUID Cleaning Compound (not a pond pump). [redacted]'s, having all this evidences, has shown to be unwilling to handle this issue. My final call with him today - he charged me with "harassment" towards him, for trying to have his business REFUND our Master Card for his stores unauthorized charge for goods not received. I tried to deal in good faith with [redacted] and his stores serious overcharge to our Master Card account, but sadly he's been unwilling to settle this issue. It has been over a month since we ordered this pump, and our Master Card has been charged, interest rates are now being charged us on an item we have not received. We have since purchased a pond pump as we were in immediate need; and it is now operating in our pond. We no longer need or want a pond pump from Marvin Gardens Store.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted]'s, Owner of Marvin Gardens Store to REFUND our Master Card credit card for the pump he billed us and we never received. We are willing to pay for the contents of the Shipment received from Marvin Gardens Store, namely: 1 Gallon LIQUID "PBL Formula Cleaning Compound", valued at $40.00, $5.45 Postage fees, Total $45.45, via United States Postal Service, [redacted] We want our Master Card credit card REFUNDED less this $45.45 - Grand Total US DOLLARS= $342.31. We have purchased items from [redacted] Internet Store in the past and have recommended his Store to other Canadian and USA citizens. As Canadians, we also have had business with other USA internet Stores with no problems. Yet I have to admit this issue with Marvin Gardens Store has left us guarded as to doing internet business outside of Canada in the future. We are hoping that the Revdex.com can help in this area, and show to us that this process of internet shopping can have errors, but there are positive ways to mediate out these problems. I see the Revdex.com has mediated out 5 consumer complaints with Marvin Gardens Store. I am hopeful that the Revdex.com can also help us. I am willing to send all documented evidences that I sent to [redacted]'s in emails, to the "Revdex.com" to aid in mediating out this problem. This way you shall have the same documents as he does. two packages was delivered.The package may still be held in customs or lost. The customer was informed that

Review: Is Marvin Gardens Store going out of business? I have been unsuccessful in contacting their customer service to inquire about merchandise I purchased. On 6/**, I called their customer service number, but could not leave a number. It was full. Then I sent an email to [redacted]. No response. Background: On 6/**, I purchased a KOZY BIRD BATH for $91.77 on [redacted] via [redacted]. It advertised there were bird baths in stock with an estimated delivery of 6/**. I received a comfirmation of payment from [redacted], but to date, nothing from Marvin Gardens Store. [redacted] indicated that they had 99% positive feedback so I am surprised at my inability to reach anyone in customer service. The last time this happened to me, the company I ordered from filed for bankruptcy and I lost my money.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if the Revdex.com would contact Marvin Gardens Store management on my behalf and request that either they send the bird bath immediately or refund my payment immediately. Review: At the twelve of May 2014 we have made an online order of trainer dog collars from the certain online store after two months of non delivery and not answered e-mails we tried to contact the store via telephone with no results after some more e-mails the [redacted] contacted us and told us that the model we have ordered is discontinued. After a few more days we have come to an agreement to send us a new model of the trainer collars with no extra charge. After the next 9 days we have been trying to contact with a store representative but with no results .Desired Settlement: The company has to refund us or send the desired products with express delivery with no extra charge.

Review: I purchased a garden pond aerator from Marvingardenstore.com. I purchased this on August [redacted] 2013. I called the Customer service line and explained to the man on the phone that I purchased the wrong product and would like to return it and then later purchase a different product. The product is not opened and has not been used. The man told me to wait for an email in a a few minutes and he would send a return address, and that I could return it, as long as "it has not been used". I was instructed to return the item to the address in the email. I never received the email. I called a few hours later and told the same man on the phone that I had not received the email. I was then instructed that there would be a 17% restocking fee and that the email must have been lost or misplaced somewhere. I agreed to the restocking fee and again was instructed to wait for the email. It has almost been another month since I talked to the man again on October [redacted], 2013. I called and it as the same man on the phone. I advised him that I still had not received the email and I needed to return it. He then asked in a very rude manner, why I had waited 2 months to return the product. I advised him that I called twice about a month ago and was instructed to wait for the email. He then stated well I’ll have to see if we can return it. I told the man that I was already told twice I could return it by him. He then stated that he was the owner and he'll decide what gets returned and what does not. I told him that he already told me I could. He said he would call me later to determine if I could return the item. I told him that he told me 17% was the restocking price and that I couldn’t just make that up because he told me the restocking fee. He said well its right there on our website. The website does not state a 1any is extremely rude and unprofessional.7% restocking fee, but a 20% restocking fee as of October [redacted], 2013. The "owner" of this compDesired Settlement: Return the product and get my money back on my card.

In response to complaint ID# [redacted] Mr. [redacted] contacted us in the middle of October asking if the item purchased could be returned.Our published return policy is 30 days form purchase.The date of this customer's purchase was on August **, 2013. I agreed and authorized the return of Mr. [redacted]'s purchase, explained our restocking fee and requested that he email us so that I could provide a return address and RMA number. I did not receive an email but a phone call the last week in October again requesting an authorization to return the item and stating Mr. [redacted] did not receive an email form us. I again requested he email us and I would provide the return shipping address and RMA number. Mr [redacted] became sarcastic and threatened us with a Revdex.com dispute if we did accept his return 83 days after his purchase was made.

The return information was provided twice to Mr.[redacted] I have also followed up with phone calls and emails for return shipping information and tracking so that Mr. [redacted]'s receives his refund.

Review: Hello! I've paid my order (dog-collars and accessories) in the Marvin Gardens Store by my Mastercard. The Order #[redacted] ([redacted] They received the money and told me that they are going to send to me my order. I asked them for the tracking number of the parcel. They were silent for a long time, but then told me on [redacted] (I have the screenshot of their answer). But the parcel with this number was adressed ([redacted]) to another person ([redacted] I told them about it, but they approved that it was my parcel and I must to check with my local post office. So I wrote a letter to the Russian Post about the parcel with wrong adress and they returned the parcel to USA. [redacted] ( representative of the Marvin Gardens Store) told me, that their distributor may not have placed the declaration in the package. Then they told me, when the parcel will come to USA, they will return it to me back. The parcel came to USA on ** of May. But they didn't want to send it back to me without any reasons... Later I found a telephone number of [redacted] And he told me that he have ordered in the Marvin Gardens Store too. And the parcel [redacted] was adressed to him! [redacted] Have returned his money by ebay.com or paypal.com (I don't know clearly). But I couldn't return money by paypal.com, because passed more than 45 days and the paypal.com didn't accept my complaint. So, I told to [redacted] all information that I knew (that they told me the number of another parcel and didn't send my order) and asked him to send me my order or return money. He answered " We have done noting wrong, why are you threatening and blaming us? Then take your business eleswhere?". I don't know how I can threaten them, because I have no my money or my order... Then I wrote him several letters, in them I asked to send me my order or return money, but they ignore me. I don't know what to do. I can't believe that this store is swindler. The Russian postal worker had gone on strike and since her package was shipped via USPS the package when undelivered. For

several months the shipment remained in Russia. [redacted] had emailed us several times where all we had to offer was the exact details

on the packages tracking.Each and every email [redacted] had sent to us was replied to promptly.

To date the package has not been delivered or returned to our shipper. A loss claim has been filed with USPS. A replacement package

has shipped via Express freight with the tracking number being [redacted].

[The tracking number of parcel that [redacted]. The parcel with this number came to another person. And it wasn't mistake of Russian Post! Then it was returned back to USA. Several times I asked MarvinGardensStore to send me my order or return money. They answered "All your orders shipped, all have tracking all was emailed to you." Last time I asked them about tracking number and they answered only "Please provide your correct address.Thank you." Nothing else. They never told me the[redacted]. I see it for the first time! And this number is very strange. I can't find any information about it. Usually tracking number has 13 symbols, but this number has only 12.]

See the extent this i***t will go to screw his customers?! In a tenth of the time he could just do the right thing but he doesnt operate at all within normal parameters he will go so far out of his way to try to not do the right thing, then like everyone states, starts threatening you WTF Jimbo just go out of business and save us all the trouble, apparently unlike you, we actually have better things to do with our time!

Review: in October of 2012 we ordered a hound heater from marvin gardens. we recieved it and it was to big. I called [redacted] grieve and he sent me a return address and instructed me to ship it back.I did so. months went by in which time I made numerous calls to [redacted] with no response in regard to my refund. finally in feb. of 2013 I called and left a message that if I did not hear from him I would turn the matter into Revdex.com and attorney general. he finally called stating he never got any messages. he went on to say they never received the heater back. I informed him that I put the return receipt he sent me in the package. he called back a day later and said they had found it and he would issue a refund. after about 4 days I called him and he stated they had put it on paypal because it was past 30 days he could not put it on my credit card. I looked while I was on the phone with him and it was not on my paypal account. he informed me it only stayed on paypal for 24 hours. he went on to say he would look into it. I called Mr. [redacted] on 4 separate occasion finally reaching Mr. [redacted] on my fourth attempt. We both reviewed the history of his transaction with his return of his purchase more than 60 days form date of purchased, Mr. [redacted] did not provide tracking for his return and returned his item to our supplier located in Cincinnati, OH. Not to Marvin Gardens located in Red Hook, N.Y. I explain that due to the aging of his transaction a refund thru PayPal the funds would be transferred directly to his PayPal account, First attempt his email address waas not valid for his PayPal account. The second attempt are funds were received yet unclaimed by Mr. [redacted] for 30 days and the refund was then closed by PayPal. Now nearly 9 months later Mr. [redacted] Informs us he has not received a refund. On September ** Mr. [redacted] and I spoke, he confirmed his PayPal email address and I processed the refund for the third time.
