Customer was refunded and provided tracking for his refund check

Hello,The customer ordered a part that was needed to install his *** exhaust with *** headersThis part was discounted, and not returnable per the order terms at checkoutWe sent the part out, and the customer called us asking to return itHe explained his shop said he did not need itThe
only reason he did not need it is because the shop modified other parts to make it fitWe accepted the return on this an a refund check has been issued

I have another complaint on my account from someone with the last name *** *** First off, this order was placed by and shipped to *** *** *** who filed the claim is not the customer. Second, he ordered a made to order part, which is listed as such on our siteSpecial
order and not cancelableHe called us to complain saying if it did not ship that week, he was going to file a *** claim, and a Revdex.com claimHe did both before the week was out. The item did ship, he received it, and *** denied his claimI am attaching that informationThanks!

This order has been canceled and refunded

This customer received a discount on special order headers. He agreed to no cancelations at checkout inexchange for the discount. After placing the order he tried to cancel. We agreed to, but the partshipped, and had to be intercepted back delaying the refund. While waiting for the refund, he filed...

The refund check was received over 2 months after the parts were returned.  Thank you for handling this complaint.

This customer ordered a [redacted] intake during a period where some health issues left our businessshortstaffed. They indicated while we were trying to fill they filed a dispute while we were trying to fillthe order. Because we were afraid we did not get paid, we waited for the dispute to come through...

We have processed his cancellation request and his refund will be processed.

The parts ordered come from overseas and were on backorder. The customer filed a dispute a while before filing this complaint, which also held their order up. We have sent a call tag for the brake pads and will issue a refund when they come back.

TThe company Marlyand speed contacted me on 9/6/17 stating they cant deliver to my P.O box. I called them back on 9/7/17 telling them to cancel my order because they cant deliver the product that I ordered. And nowhere at checkout or on the shipping address does it state that they can't send the product to a P.O. box. The person on the phone said he would. And no where in their term and conditions said I could not cancel my order. And finally on 9/20/17 a woman canceled my order and said I would receive my refund. And it is 10/3/17 and have not received my refund as my account on Marylandspeed shows. I have screen shots of my account on Maryland speed stating I will receive my refund in a few days. From 9/20/17 to 10/3/17 is more than a few days.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me even though the explanation provided by the business is insufficient and inaccurate. Only when I filed a Revdex.com complaint did the business agree to cancel the order and resolve the issue after 3 months of broken promises.

II understand the message, And have responded to Maryland speed email stating were I wanted the reimbursement to be sent. It is a waiting game at this point.

This part was delivered 08/17. The customer has paid for the part and not attempted to return it. The manufacturer provided us a tracking number and did not ship the item.

his guy has not been issued a refund because he filed a chargeback. We are working with that now.

I received my refund....

This customer received a discount on special programed computer and tuner. He agreed to nocancelations at checkout in exchange for the discount. After checkout, we realized he provided a PO Boxas a delivery address. We advised him we needed a street address to deliver to. He called back a fewdays...

later stating we needed to cancel the order because he bought it somewhere else. We have refunded the customer.Sincerely,MarylandSpeed Customer Support.

Filed previous, complaint with Revdex.com and they still have not issued a refund. Been nothing but problems with this company from day 1.
