I returned a car and I paid the diferrence I return a car I paid the diferrence but they still reported it to credit bureau so now is showing this debt in collection and my credit score it doesn't go up just for this collection that sucks I hate this place they sold a car that was having seriously mechanical s problems I spend too much trying to fix so I decided to return it so now even though I paid the dim I still having problems I would never recommend this place to any one and I would never will buy at this place this place is a rip off

This financial office has the worst customer service everThey treat the customers with no customer skills, yelling and demanding for payments

MAS sent me a letter stating I owed $for my last payment and AFTER the 1st of April, a late fee woukd accrueI paid on the 1st of April and still havent received a pink slip or ownership of my car and they are STILL showing I owe $AGAIN with credit bureausI WILL NEVER buy another car with them again nor EVEN RECOMMEND anyone to buy anything from themThey will harrass you, yell at you, and hang up on you for paymentThey even told me their accounting department was having problems FOREVER and "working on it" yet I have no title or anything when my car is paid off

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal withNot only are they a horrible finance company but just a horrible company in generalI obtained a loan through them and it was the biggest mistake I ever madeFirst, their interest rate is incredibly ridiculous and they will just take advantage of anyone trying to fix their credit or if they're going through a hardship.I would get at least 2-calls a day telling me to call them backThis would be done a week before my payment was dueWhen I would call to try to get the calls to stop, I was always speaking to very unprofessional and incompetent peopleI think I only ever spoke to three nice and competent people the year and a half I had the loan with themI once received a text message that my car was going to get repossessed if I didn't make my payment that same dayI was late by days and they have a day grace period before they add late feesare they joking?! They would lose my insurance information or I don't know how their system works, but they would often ask for proof of insurance after I had faxed them a complete policy with everything they askedWhen the opportunity came to refinance my loan I did it immediately without hesitationDuring the time I was in the process of refinancing my payment date came upMAS already knew I was in the process and had already requested a day payoff amountI received calls and messages in one dayWhen I called to complain, I asked if the calls could please stopThe girl on the phone just said, "Okay", and hung up on meThis is the type of service they always provideWhen first asked about the day payoff, I asked that a fax be sent to my credit union with details so we could get the ball rollingThe girl took the fax number and all the info and said the fax would go out the same dayThe fax never went out after daysWhen I called to follow up, I was told they are unable to send payoff faxes and they only did verbal payoffsThe guys who I spoke with at that time told me he would need a letter of guarantee from my credit union etcit sounded like he wasn't too sure about what he was talking aboutI eventually had my credit union call them and figure it out from them directlyTurns out, a letter of guarantee is for insurance and they had no idea how to deal with a payoffI'm sure they never deal with payoffs because they screw people of their loansI understand that people are aware of what they're getting into with the interest rate at signing, but for a company to be so rude, unprofessional, and just unhelpful in every situation to their customers is utterly ridiculous, especially in this day and ageBuyers BEWARE! Do your research and go anywhere else but hereYou'll end up dealing with headaches and even end up feeling nauseous whenever you have to deal with them

I can't believe this placeI called to ask for my balance and I was having trouble hearing the girl on the other line so I said "I'm sorry what?" and then said something that I didn't understand so I asked her to repeat it pleaseThen she told me "well you know what please give us a call when you have a better attitude"
I can only imagine that they may get rude calls all the time but this was not necessary

[They have yet to take the automated system around back and shoot it for calling me twice a day everyday and telling me there is a debt and then "transferring" me to a rep after pushing and im getting a recording saying it cant be completed as dialed, even tho I speak to someone hours later I get another call after I call backAnd Just cause "because there are no arrangements' does not give them authority to call me 2-times a dayI just spoke to someone this morning at about am telling me about the debt and I bet any money at around like clock work the automated system will call me and tell me about the debt too and I will push to be transferred to a rep and instead get a robot that says sorry you call cannot be completed, and then at the same thingYOU WANNA SEE MY CALL LOG??? This is harassmentPlus I've asked about times for an itemized statement of the loan and payments and fees and interest since god was a child and nothing as of yet, All I got was them telling me the amount, which, how was this arrived at? just like your high school math teacher show me your workaka how did you arrive at that amount? Don't just show me the answerAND when will the illegal collection practice stop? ]

Review: I purchased a car and finace with Mas. My problem is that Mas is reporting false information to my creditors. I pay 300 because I didn't have insurance on my car mas added insurance to cover the added it to my premium which uped my premium 50 dollars a month. The amount Mas is reporting to the credit buro is [redacted] I pay 300 even to 298.00 no reson why on my monthly payments which by law mandatory to state for any insurance added which is on my contract on every car selling contract dmv code for insurance purposes on all vhechies. So Mas is ware that they are giving the right information to me on paper and also to my creditor. I am all current and pay on time but if I pay more my creditor and my self should be able to see this information black and white no grey areas.Desired Settlement: Take the insurance off and keep my payments down or give the right information and paperwork to me and the credit buro

Yes I called the 18 of December at 524 pm no changes have been made currently. They didn't specify

Mas financial employee are all rude they all like to be disrespectful and when you tell them to stop bugging you they say they get all mad that's why I don't even sty on the line I just hang up! Train your front desk office girl to be nicer and not rude!
