I returned a car and I paid the diferrence

I return a car I paid the diferrence but they still reported it to credit bureau so now is showing this debt in collection and my credit score it doesn't go up just for this collection that sucks I hate this place they sold a car that was having seriously mechanical s problems I spend too much trying to fix so I decided to return it so now even though I paid the dim I still having problems I would never recommend this place to any one and I would never will buy at this place this place is a rip off...

Review: My issue is that MAS financial is performing illegal collection tactics. MAS does not have a work phone number for my husband or I but they have called multiple [redacted] looking for us and telling the people their that we owe on our car payments. I work at a Best Buy and so does my husband. And one day I walked into work and someone told they called looking for my husband. On the same day, another manager from another called me and told me someone called there looking for me and told them to tell me to pay my car payment. My phone was disconnected for about a month and I wasn't able to call them. I understand that I owe them but they should never call and display that in our work place. Another issue I have with MAS is that they refuse to tell me details about my bill without me paying them. They told me I owe them $1200. From my understanding, my car payment is $337. They refuse to tell me where all the fees associated with the payment come from until I pay. I have a right to a bill and my account history. They have threatened to repo the car. But I don't know why I owe them that much to begin with. I would like an itemized bill in order for me to allocate my payments. I owe them december's payment and January's payment. I would like to know what the additional amount is for.Desired Settlement: I just want an itemized bill of the amount I owe and the insurance that they added to be removed.

My car payment was due 02/08/2016 and they called my co-signer 02/09/2016 for what I do not know when I have 10 days after the due date for my car payment to hit there office. They did not attempt to even call me, I would have let them know that I put my money order in the mail and it should be there any day now. When I tried to call about this they continue to yell at me and hung up on me twice. I will try to get out of this loan, as I only had the car two months. They would not even let me speak to a manager at all.!!
