I have cancelled the membership of [redacted] Shaw at message Envy North Attleboro per her requestThe client was very satisfied and thankful

An agreement was signed by you to fulfill monthly payments in exchange for a one hour service credit for each month’s paymentWe understand that life gets busy and sometimes members are not able to make it in every month, which is why our wellness plan accrues unused creditsThese credits do not expire unless you cancel your membershipWe did receive a cancellation form from you, but at that time you still had to complete one more payment to complete the month contract before we could process the cancellationWe processed your final payment for September 2017, and but were unable to collect that payment as you put a stop on your account through your bankSince the contract was therefore not fulfilled, we were unable to process your cancellation, and that is why your account balance continued to growWe excessively have tried to work with you to resolve this matter since September and you have cursed at and disrespected our staff on every occasionThe balance on the account was sent to an outside corporation to help our company collect an outstanding debt that was not responding well to our clinics efforts Since this complaint was made we have tried to reach out numerous times via phone to settle this matter and did not hear back from youDue to no response we decided to terminate the membership and all the services along with itI can assure you your account has been cancelled and there will be no future billing

I spoke with customer the morning of 7/12/regarding difficulty in booking appointmentI was able to schedule a new appointment for her for July 24th at 2pmI apologized for the previous cancellations due to therapist availability, and told her that this appointment will be complimentaryWe are unable to refund any funds on unused gift cards, however we are more than happy to provide her with a free session due to her previous scheduling difficulties [redacted] , General Manager, Massage Envy Hattiesburg

The membership has been canceled and I see a refund for has been processed

On July 25,around rgb(204, 204, 204);">6pm I received a forwarded email from my front desk employees account in regards to this matter, I called customer [redacted] to speak to her about her refund, I apologize for the misinformation and scheduled a time for her to come back into our clinic so I can process a refund for her let her know when she comes in to ask for me and I will be waiting for herOn the morning of July 26,at exactly 10:am [redacted] came in and asked for me as instructed and I processed a full refund for her on the same credit card the $gift card was originally purchased onClient left happyThis should be closedIf you have any further questions please reach out to me via email and or telephoneThank you so much in advance!

To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] signed up for a 12- month membership with Massage Envy Moreno ValleyShe signed to agree to the term and the cancelation policy and was given a copy for her reviewThe day cancelation period had passed when she called our clinic to cancel her membershipWe advised her that cancelation is only permitted under certain conditions, and since she did not satisfy any of them, that her best option would be to put her account on freezeShe did not want to do thatShe kept calling repeatedly, several times a dayWe told her that we would contact the corporate office and get back to herShe came to our clinic the next day with a man, and they both started yelling at the front desk staff and using foul language in front of the customers in the lobbyAt that point, the manager asked her to leave, but both of them were had a bad temper and would not calm downSo, we canceled her membership and asked them not to come back to our clinic again We tried to handle this matter in the most professional manner possible, but Ms [redacted] signed an agreement and initialed by all the terms that are clearly spelled out, but then somehow blamed our clinic for complying by itWe gave her alternate options but she was not willing to work with usWe finally had to just do things her way because of the scene she created in front of our employees and staff The last comment was : we will hurt your business in any possible way Regards/ [redacted] Please contact of you have any question

I received a quote for a move from this company, Firefighting's Finest and two other moversTheir quote was lower and I selected themI had a hard deadline which they were aware of and they agreed to have me out by that date but it became apparent that they would not succeed as that date approachedIn fact they had only completed half of the move and were 50% over the estimate so I had to hire another mover to get me out on time and save my deposit Since they had only gotten half of the move done for $18,when the original quote was for $12,000, I can only assume that in the end they would have cost me twice that to get the other half done for a total of $36,This would have been three times their original estimateThis is not acceptable They underquoted by such a significant amount that I never would have chosen them had they been accurateEvidently their paperwork is air tight legally but they should be accountable when they make such a major error

After reviewing this client's membership, [redacted] has never contacted us regarding his interest in cancelling his membershipWe will honor his request and cancel his membership effective immediatelyWe have contact the third party collection agency to make them aware of this change

I accept the refund but I do not accept their statementThey offered me a free massage with a different person due to my unhappiness with the previous people & said if I chose to extend it after that free massage to let her know but I never even accepted the free massageAlso, the manager never mentioned a continuation on a trial basisIf that would have been the case, I would have declined as I did not want to continueThis is clearly notes in the fact that I did not schedule any further massages after my cancelation As for their statement about not returning phone calls, they never returned mineI called multiple times a month to talk with the manager & Garret about the cancelation & charges & even called his cell phone & not once did they return my call When I received a call from the assistant managers, I returned them Garret only relayed messages through the Assistant Manager & admitted that even though they dropped the ball on my cancelation paperwork & misplaced it, he still was not going to refund my money I stand by my complaint with Massage Envy & highly discourage anyone from going there or starting a membershipThey clearly do not understand quality customer service or even practice good business ethics

Dear Carrie [redacted] Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns Yes, like almost all other retail businesses that sell appointment based services, Massage Envy does require a credit or debit card to hold your appointmentIt is not possible to book a hotel room, reserve a car rental, book a banquet hall or private venue, or reserve an massage or facial appointment at most Lake Conroe area day spas without either a credit/debit card to hold your spot, or pay an upfront depositWe are no different than any of those other businesses Our staff was correct in asking you for a credit or debit card to hold the appointment We do not ask for a deposit, and nothing gets charged unless your appointment has a same-day cancellation that is not filled by someone else, or you are a no-showIn the event you do not honor your appointment, the credit or debit card is there to ensure that the therapist gets paid for the time you reserved, since they work on commissionWhen someone no-shows to an appointment it is then too late to fill that spot with someone else from our waiting list, and the therapist has to go home to their families with no pay for the time you reserved Several years ago we attempted to hold appointments with gift cards, but our employees were defrauded over and over again by customers who would reserve the appointment and then redeem that same gift card at another of our over 1,locationsWhen it was time to charge the gift card for the no show, there was no value and the therapist could not be paid We reviewed our lobby surveillance recording of your visit to our clinic for training purposes, and note that our manager attempted to assist you with booking the appointment by making an exception workaroundWe also noted you told her to [redacted] ***” and walked out on her We are sorry you feel this way and would love to help when you are ready to book your appointment

Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by Massage Envy regarding complaint ID 10308153.I was in the shop, and I closed my membership, and explained it was because of their contract policiesthey said they had many complaints about their policies but those were set at corporate level and there was nothing they could do about it.Again, services there were fine, but the problem is with their outmoded, outdated, contract policies-- which the Business acknowledged were a problem, but not one they could fixSo I quit my contract with them, and managed to arrange my schedule so I could use up the outstanding balance, in a short period of timethey did not offer any other option Regards, [redacted] ***

Best company for packing and moving! Michael S [redacted] and his team, including the ladies who packed our house, all the way to the actual move with Mason and his team; they were all friendly, professional, prompt and thorough I would highly recommend Firefighting's Finest for your packing and moving needs!
