Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I signed a contract on 9/11/ The contract states that my "membership dues of $(and $for my daughter ***'s contract) will be due on 10/12/and then due on or after the same day of each month hereafter until your membership expires or is terminated in accordance with this agreement." It further goes on to state that my "membership is auto-renewable Following the initial term, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at $per month until your membership is cancelled." No where does it state that the $contract amount (or $for ***) can change It doesn't matter what your corporate office has decided I have a written contract that Massage Envy has to adhere to Are you unaware of how contracts work? I went out of town on business June 15th and returned on the 23rdUpon returning home I realized my [redacted] was goneI thought my car was stolen because in January I went out of town and my [redacted] was stolen off property, luckily I was able to get it backI soon found out the [redacted] was not stolen but that someone in the office had my car towedI went to the office that Monday on June 25th to ask why my car was towed and Karen stated because the car had not moved in monthsI informed her that nowhere in my leasing contact does it state I have to move my car from one spot to another, the car did not have a flat tire, its registered and the car is runningI own two cars and I can only drive one at a timeShe became extremely rude and said that it doesn't matter if I have two cars, the car had not been moved so its being storedI said that doesn't make sense, how is the car being stored on property when I live here and both cars are on file and registered with you

We were very impressed with the three movers that provided us with service on April 8, They were on-time and very efficient The three men were very respectful to us as well as our belongings They worked together well to complete the job in an excellent amount of time We had no major issues and have already recommended FFMS to others The pricing was very reasonable and we were more than satisfied with the entire service Thank you very much

This is the second time I have used them to moveThe first time I had a piano and asked if they would move ro my sister house while setting up the contractThat was no issue to themThen this time moving from a temp 2nd story apartment to our new home along with our storage unit that I misquoted the size when setting up the moveThey were friendly, professional and just extremely awesomeI would recommend them times over and ask them to move me again ( which selfishly I hope is many years down the road)Awesome company!

In regards to the complaint ID [redacted] , the initial agreement that was signed on January 22nd, for the membership stating that the 22nd of every month the membership dues are taken off the card providedThe Client paid $(January and February membership dues of $each) on the 17th to bring the account to good standings to be eligible to cancel the membership, in which the cancellation form which was signed and submitted on the 17th of March states that by signing "acknowledge and agree that my cancellation will be effective days from the date you receive this properly completed form." he was then charged another $on the 22" of March within the day period of the cancellationHe called back a few days later stating that we need to refund that money and also pay the $bank over draft chargeWe are not liable to pay for any overdraft fees, stating in the terms and conditions Massage Envy Spa "Massage Envy Franchising, LLC shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular Massage Envy Franchising, LLC shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to this web site or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if Massage Envy Franchising, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damagesSome jurisdictions do not allow for the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, therefore some of the above limitations is inapplicable." I am sorry that in the 90+ hours per week we are open you could not find time to come inWe do not have special senior hours nor do we have special mail hours for special teenage hours or special women hoursThe complaint tent had days to use the membership within a very flexible schedule and ample openings given any amount of noticeThere’s nothing more I can do for this person

In response to the complaint, I am the clinic manager of Massage Envy in BurnsvilleThis was my first notification that there was any concern or complaint from this clientI have since talked to the client over the phone and we are issuing her a refundThe complaint has been resolved

I am rejecting this response because: For a place that relieves stress, all you have done cause stress.your policy is designed to make money no matter what the expenseAny good company would see that I hadn't been there in a whole year and would be more considerate to there customers needs, and ad I requested when I brought my account up to date I asked not to use that credit card again for that specific reasonbecause you internationally disobeyed my request I now have fines due to my bank.someone should of mentioned that I might be charged after I asked not to use the credit card again because I wouldn't of used that particular card.chalk it up as a loss and lesson learnedUnsatisfied customer and I will never return due to lack of respect to the customer and the way you presented and handled the situation

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It did not address anything about funds being refunded instead of being forced to schedule my remainder appointments or loose the money When I enrolled nearly two years ago, MsShirley was new and she was not requested My issue was also about how there is a national trend with this company to have poor scheduling and lacks empathy I have seen consumer report They have rescheduled me without notice, they have changed a minute previously scheduled to a minutes, they have canceled a reservation of a guest and the list goes on The manager did not call me back immediately either, I had to wait the next day when she comes in at am she was very rude and unapologetic The fact that this business is not a Revdex.com approved and waited nearly two months to respond further affirms my concern I am done with this company and will continue to share my experiences with others Regards, [redacted]

We have contacted the member to resolve this issueSince she is still in term with her contract, we have given her the option to freeze her account for a period of monthsShe has agreed to the terms
