Master Dry recently came out to our home to give us a quote to encapsulate our crawl spaceThey impressed me from my initial call to the follafterwardsI received a picture and bio on the staff person who would be coming out to my houseI also received a reminder email and phone call before my appointmentThe day of the appointment a staffing change was made and the new staff member, Dylan, called to let me know about the change as well as to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late due to traffic from an accidentWhen he arrived at my house, he was very professional and friendlyHe answered my initial questions before doing his inspectionAfter his inspection, he showed me a video about the encapsulation so I could see what the final product would look likeHe also had samples of the materials that would be usedHe explained what needed to be done to encapsulate the crawl space as well as a few additional recommended options Overall, I was very happpy with the appointmentUltimately, my husband and I decided not to use Master Dry because the cost was just a bit more than we were hoping to spend(We are not using another company eitherMy and I just finished building our house and he didn't want to take on the crawl space but decided do it.) I called Dylan to let him know and thanked him for his timeI also received a follemail from the owner which I thought was niceEven though we decided not to use them, I would still highly recommend them

The company did an excellent job on my driveway crack repairs, the sales rep was awesome he knew everything there is to know about concrete and the company's productsHe never had to SELL me his knowledge and advice made senseThe installation crew was great, they completed the work and showed me the repairs and explained what was doneI will be have them come back out in spring to place a top coat protectant on my driveway

They are only company out of that said they would fix the problem after the inspection They came when they said they were going to and they cleaned up beautifullyVery satisfied

Master Dry is very disappointing!! I would not recommend them! We received a quote from them in March Jonathan was very professional, answered all our questions, and had a very reasonable priceAfter our visit, we decided to sign a contract with themThey scheduled us for the week of May 23, That week that we were scheduled, we called them because we hadn't heard from themWe were told that our project was being delayed a week due to rainWe called them the following week and were told that we were being pushed out another week because of it being a holiday weekNow we are weeks behind and we have to call them multiple times at the beginning of week of being delayed and finally get a return callThey tell us that our concrete project "is no longer in their scope" so they wouldn't be doing the work for usWe waited for months for them to decide they were not going to do the workCancelling a project that you have already agreed to do and have signed a contract is extremely unprofessional, considering there were no issues with us willing to pay and being available for them to start the project!!

An appointment for a free estimate with Master Dry was really easy to setup The representative Ryan was very professional and called the day before and as promised minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time I was also very impressed with Ryan's very personable and easy mannerI am a facilities construction project manager so I did not need too much detail, but he was very helpful explaining the details to my mom so she could understandThanks!

We had cracks in our driveway, garage, front porch and patio areas We contacted company and Jonathan Wcame to give us estimate He showed us a video of the new technology used to stabilize our areas and fill the cracks He also told us there is a 5-year Warranty We scheduled an appointment thru Denise (office administrator), to do just that
Sam, Austin and crew did the work and I must say, worked hard and efficiently during the hottest heat of summer
I would definitely recommend this professional company, Master Dry, and each employee involved in every area

incompetence in estimate and bait and switch practices
We had Masters do an estimate on *** and when we got the amount and paid deposit, a date of *** was scheduled for basement repairWhen the company showed up at house they all of a sudden realized that they were not able to do the job and we needed to get a structural engineer to figure out how to do the jobWe not only waited weeks for them to come and do job, which delayed other repairs, they did a bait and switch on us and advised us more money would be required to do repair as their incompetence and ignorance was unable to do an adequate estimateI also think that they did not want to do the job for price given and maybe thought work was tougher than they thoughtThis company costed me money and time and I would like to prevent this from happening to othersIt has been weeks since the job was suppose to be done and all I asked for is that they overnight deposit check, but we have yet to receive the deposit chec
