Master Dry recently came out to our home to give us a quote to encapsulate our crawl spaceThey impressed me from my initial call to the follafterwardsI received a picture and bio on the staff person who would be coming out to my houseI also received a reminder email and phone call before my appointmentThe day of the appointment a staffing change was made and the new staff member, Dylan, called to let me know about the change as well as to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late due to traffic from an accidentWhen he arrived at my house, he was very professional and friendlyHe answered my initial questions before doing his inspectionAfter his inspection, he showed me a video about the encapsulation so I could see what the final product would look likeHe also had samples of the materials that would be usedHe explained what needed to be done to encapsulate the crawl space as well as a few additional recommended options
Overall, I was very happpy with the appointmentUltimately, my husband and I decided not to use Master Dry because the cost was just a bit more than we were hoping to spend(We are not using another company eitherMy and I just finished building our house and he didn't want to take on the crawl space but decided do it.) I called Dylan to let him know and thanked him for his timeI also received a follemail from the owner which I thought was niceEven though we decided not to use them, I would still highly recommend them

May 2016:The family noticed a significant crack in the block along the wall at the front of my mother's porch with an approximate inch gap under the concrete slab porch deck Master Dry was selected to perform the repair We felt that we had made the right choice
May 31, 2016:Master dry sent to assess, diagnose, and give an estimate of the repair He stated that the front wall of the porch was in phase of structural failure and emphasized that a repair was needed immediatelyThe porch was enclosed; however, a large crack in the block was evident on the side of the porch suggested piers, (on each end, and across the front) for $, or if a decision was made within hours, the cost would be $He called back the next day and said that the work could be performed adequately with only front piers, at a cost of $ We discussed this extensively and he assured us that shoring up six front piers was completely adequate
