If we can get an email they signed up with, we can look into their account. If they could also provide specifics on which surveys gave them errors, that would be very helpful. [redacted]:Our credit amounts are pre-determined by our media team based on market prices. Although we understand that it is frustrating to be disqualified, we have to adjust our credits based on what we receive for our leads to the third party. In our last response, we asked if [redacted] would prefer to stop participating. If so, we can cancel her out and offer to provide her with a payment for the credit she currently has in her account.
