Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved I could add something here about how I deferred those payments they claim I was late making, an option which they allowed because the $299/month proved to be more than I could afford and to lower my payments would have added $upfront in interest to my total, but I just want this to be over The number of employee complaints on glass door, student complaints on facebook, and other negative comments on online sites speak volumes about the business practices of this school and I am just grateful for this to be over Great idea, poorly executed Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Linda,Please accept this as Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (“IIN”) response to the Complaint filed by [redacted] (Revdex.com No [redacted] ) [redacted] enrolled in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (“HCTP”) in January and graduated from HCTP in December At the time of enrollment, IIN provided [redacted] with a tuition receipt reflecting all of her future tuition payments, which [redacted] agreed to make on a timely basis [redacted] also accepted IIN’s agreements, including its refund policies However, since enrolling in HCTP, [redacted] has made nine (9) late payments and is currently in default having failed to make her last two (2) payments Now, two years after enrolling in HCTP and one year post-graduation, [redacted] complains that she was misled about the credentials she would receive upon graduation At all times relevant to [redacted] ’s complaint, IIN has been licensed by the New York State Department of Education, its HCTP graduates have received Certificates of Completion, and health coaches have been and continue to be permitted to practice health coaching in all states To avoid any confusion about the role of health coaches, the HCTP curriculum expressly states that health coaches do not take the place of medical practitioners because health coaches neither diagnose nor treat clients The HCTP curriculum also includes a “scope of practice” that health coaches can use as a guide for their practice HCTP graduates are eligible to earn the title Certified International Health Coach by taking and passing an exam administered by the International Association of Health Coaches While IIN is disappointed that [redacted] mischaracterizes HCTP, IIN and [redacted] have amicably resolved their dispute to [redacted] ’s satisfaction

Student was contacted, a complete refund arranged after proper program withdrawal. The Health Coach Training Program is an online programIncluded in the student's learning platform is a "dashboard" which facilitates contact with the Student Success department IIN does operate with 100% satisfaction and once we learned of the student's challenges and how those challenges could not be overcome by lesser measures, she was withdrawn from the program, money paid refunded and money owed forgiven.Like all students, we wish her good health and hope that at some future time the circumstances of her life permit her to again enroll and to find success in the program

Dear Dispute Resolution Services,Please accept this as Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (“IIN”) response to the Complaint filed by [redacted] (Revdex.com No [redacted] [redacted] enrolled in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (“HCTP”) in February At the time of enrollment, IIN provided [redacted] with a tuition receipt reflecting all of her future tuition payments, which [redacted] agreed to make on a timely basis [redacted] also accepted IIN’s agreements, including its refund and collections policies However, since enrolling in HCTP, [redacted] has made only three (3) payments (two (2) of which were late) and is currently in default having failed to make her last seven (7) payments Although [redacted] ***’s complaint is entirely without merit and IIN has acted completely within its contractual rights, IIN is sensitive to [redacted] ***’s circumstances and has repeatedly attempted to contact [redacted] in an effort to reach an amicable resolution to this matter Unfortunately, [redacted] has not responded to any of IIN’s attempts to contact her

The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) supports over 35,Health Coach Websites As technology changes rapidly so does IIN's method of providing to its students and graduates websites This year IIN provided the greatest improvement to our student support ever The improvement was so substantial that out of 35,students and graduates we received inquiries requesting more information and three complaints By far this change and how it was messaged was a great success This changeover is not complete and won't be for another six months IIN expects to have zero complaints when the new sites are fully implemented However, IIN chooses to operate with a 100% satisfaction promise and each of the three complaints have been given the opportunity to maintain the old site or equivalent

*** *** *** *** *** *** *** Hello, Since I filed the complaint, IIN has contacted me to better the situation with me and agreed to refund all of my tuition costsTherefore, I thank you for your assistance with this matter and request that you please respond to my original complaint that we are now in good standing Thank you, *** ***

Dear Dispute Resolution Services,Please accept this as Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (“IIN”) response to the Complaint filed by *** *** (Revdex.com No***) In March 2015, *** *** enrolled in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (“HCTP”). IIN provided *** *** with a
tuition receipt reflecting all of her future tuition payments, which *** *** agreed to make on a timely basis. *** *** also accepted IIN’s agreements, including its refund policies Since enrolling in HCTP, *** *** has failed to pay or made late payments on 50% of those tuition payments and is currently in default. On September **, 2016, *** *** asked IIN to modify her payment obligations. On September **, 2016, IIN responded to *** ***’s request and offered her several options. Unfortunately, *** *** did not respond to IIN’s offer, and instead, filed this Revdex.com Complaint. In her Complaint, *** *** questions whether the payments she did make to IIN were applied to her tuition. IIN has applied all of *** ***’s payments to her tuition obligations. *** *** also questions IIN’s credentials. For years, IIN has been the foremost educator of health coaches around the globe. IIN is licensed by the New York State Department of Education and its HCTP graduates obtain a Certificate of Completion. Health coaches are permitted to practice health coaching in all states While IIN was disappointed that *** *** filed this complaint without considering the options IIN offered, IIN has continued to reach out to *** *** following the complaint to address her issues, but *** *** has been unresponsiveIIN looks forward to hearing from *** *** and working towards an amicable resolution

Please accept this as Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (“IIN”) response to the Complaint filed by Heather Handy (Revdex.com No***). On August **, 2016, *** *** called IIN to enroll in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (the “Program”). During the call, IIN provides *** ***
with several quotes based on different payment plans. *** *** agreed to enroll on the paid-in-full option, made an initial deposit, and agreed to pay the balance in full thereafter. Immediately, following *** ***’s acceptance of the paid-in-full option, IIN emailed *** *** a tuition receipt reflecting the deposit amount already paid, the remaining tuition balance, and the due date for the remaining balance. The amounts reflected in the tuition receipt are identical to the amount quoted during the call and accepted by *** ***. *** *** also received and accepted the terms of IIN’s agreements, which set forth, among other things, IIN’s refund policy. On September *, 2016, *** *** contacted IIN to withdraw from the Program. In accordance with the terms of its agreements, IIN withdrew *** *** and provided her with an invoice for the balance of the non-refundable amount she agreed to pay upon enrollment. Despite directing *** *** to the relevant provisions of the agreements, *** *** refused to pay the non-refundable balance she owed, insisted on receiving a refund of the amount she already paid, and filed the Complaint with Revdex.com. In her complaint, *** *** misrepresents the tuition amount she was quoted and mischaracterizes the curriculum contained in IIN’s ProgramFor years, IIN has been the foremost educator of integrative and holistic nutrition, and has educated and transformed the lives of thousands of students around the globe. IIN’s curriculum contains unparalleled breadth and depth, including content provided by the world’s foremost experts in nutrition and wellness. *** ***’s inaccurate description of IIN’s curriculum was based on her review of introductory materials. *** *** had not even begun the first of the Program’s modules. While IIN is disappointed that *** *** no longer wants to remain in the Program, IIN has already amicably resolved its dispute with *** ***, to her satisfaction

Dear Linda,Please accept this as Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (“IIN”) response to the Complaint filed by [redacted] (Revdex.com No. [redacted]).  [redacted] enrolled in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (“HCTP”) in January 2015 and graduated from HCTP in December 2015.  At the time...

of enrollment, IIN provided [redacted] with a tuition receipt reflecting all of her future tuition payments, which [redacted] agreed to make on a timely basis.  [redacted] also accepted IIN’s agreements, including its refund policies.  However, since enrolling in HCTP, [redacted] has made nine (9) late payments and is currently in default having failed to make her last two (2) payments.  Now, two years after enrolling in HCTP and one year post-graduation, [redacted] complains that she was misled about the credentials she would receive upon graduation.  At all times relevant to [redacted]’s complaint, IIN has been licensed by the New York State Department of Education, its HCTP graduates have received Certificates of Completion, and health coaches have been and continue to be permitted to practice health coaching in all 50 states.  To avoid any confusion about the role of health coaches, the HCTP curriculum expressly states that health coaches do not take the place of medical practitioners because health coaches neither diagnose nor treat clients.  The HCTP curriculum also includes a “scope of practice” that health coaches can use as a guide for their practice.  HCTP graduates are eligible to earn the title Certified International Health Coach by taking and passing an exam administered by the International Association of Health Coaches.  While IIN is disappointed that [redacted] mischaracterizes HCTP, IIN and [redacted] have amicably resolved their dispute to [redacted]’s satisfaction.

Dear Sir or Madam, Please accept this as Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (“IIN”) response to the Complaint filed by Jenna Fortenberry (Revdex.com No. [redacted]).  [redacted] enrolled in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (“HCTP”) in April 2017.  At the time of enrollment, [redacted]...

[redacted] accepted IIN’s agreements, including the Enrollment Agreement and IIN’s refund policy, which is approved by the New York State Education Department. On May **, 2017, [redacted] withdrew from HCTP.  Based on the date of her withdrawal from HCTP, [redacted] was entitled to only a partial refund of her tuition. While IIN disputes all of [redacted]’s claims and is disappointed that she withdrew from HCTP, the parties have resolved their dispute.

I could add something here about how I deferred those 9 payments they claim I was late making, an option which they allowed because the $299/month proved to be more than I could afford and to lower my payments would have added $1200 upfront in interest to my total, but I just want this to be over.  The number of employee complaints on glass door, student complaints on facebook, and other negative comments on online sites speak volumes about the business practices of this school and I am just grateful for this to be over.  Great idea, poorly executed.

Dear Sir or Madam,Please accept this as Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (“IIN”) response to the Complaint filed by [redacted] (Revdex.com No. [redacted]).  [redacted] enrolled in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (“HCTP”) in September 2015, at which time she accepted IIN’s agreements...

and terms and conditions, including an Enrollment Agreement (collectively, the “Agreements”).  In addition, she was provided with a tuition receipt reflecting the total amount of tuition, including all interest and charges, she agreed to pay IIN (the “Payment Obligation”).  Thereafter, [redacted] transferred courses on two occasions, and upon each transfer was again provided with a tuition receipt reflecting her Payment Obligations.  The Payment Obligations have remained unchanged since her enrollment in September 2015. Now having made 16 payments to IIN and having already graduated from HCTP, [redacted] for the first time complains that she did not agree to those Payment Obligations.  [redacted] also complains about access to certain materials.  However, [redacted] has been afforded access to all materials to which she was entitled under the Agreements. Although IIN disputes [redacted]’s claims, IIN has reached out to her in an attempt to resolve this matter.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  I am very pleased that IIN will honor their 100% satisfaction policy and refund my payments in full.  I will respect their interpretation of my complaint as "misunderstandings and editorializing" but will retain the right to disagree.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear [redacted], Please accept this as Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (“IIN”) response to the Complaint filed by Dana Quinto (Revdex.com No. [redacted]).  [redacted] enrolled in IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (“HCTP”) in July 2016.  At the time of enrollment, [redacted] accepted IIN’s...

agreements, including the Enrollment Agreement.  By July **, 2016, [redacted] had paid her tuition and fees in full.  On September **, 2016, [redacted] withdrew from HCTP.  Based on the date of her withdrawal from HCTP, [redacted] was entitled to only a partial refund of her tuition.  Seeking to avoid her contractual obligations, [redacted] complains that she was unaware of IIN’s vague refund policy.  To the contrary, IIN’s refund policy is clearly set forth in the 3-page Enrollment Agreement [redacted] accepted.  Furthermore, IIN’s refund policy is approved by the New York State Education Department.  While IIN is disappointed that [redacted] withdrew from HCTP and in her characterization of the refund policy, IIN and [redacted] have amicably resolved their dispute to [redacted]’s satisfaction.
