provided [redacted] with a tuition receipt reflecting all of her future tuition payments, which [redacted] agreed to make on a timely basis. [redacted] also accepted IIN’s agreements, including its refund and collections policies. However, since enrolling in HCTP, [redacted] has made only three (3) payments (two (2) of which were late) and is currently in default having failed to make her last seven (7) payments. Although [redacted]’s complaint is entirely without merit and IIN has acted completely within its contractual rights, IIN is sensitive to [redacted]’s circumstances and has repeatedly attempted to contact [redacted] in an effort to reach an amicable resolution to this matter. Unfortunately, [redacted] has not responded to any of IIN’s attempts to contact her.

improvement was so substantial that out of 35,000 students and graduates we received 40 inquiries requesting more information and three complaints. By far this change and how it was messaged was a great success. This changeover is not complete and won't be for another six months. IIN expects to have zero complaints when the new sites are fully implemented. However, IIN chooses to operate with a 100% satisfaction promise and each of the three complaints have been given the opportunity to maintain the old site or equivalent.
