Bought and paid for a queen size [redacted] mattress and electric frame end of JUL with a delivery date of AUGCalled on AUG to confirm delivery and store said they didn't know about sale, said they would call back but didn't I called the next day and was told again they were looking into it and would call back but they didn't I called again on AUG talked to salesman that said he was the new manager and that they had the sales info and it would be delivered, gave me his name as Jose I still didn't get a good feeling about the info so I went by the store about an hour later and was greeted by Jerry that said he was the new manager and that there wasn't any Jose that worked there Should have known from that they were giving me the run around Jerry said he would have everything delivered AUG by a friend with a van so he could give me an accurate time and would let me know on AUG of time for delivery I called him on AUG around 12:and he said store had been busy he hadn't called but would get back to me within the hour I called him hours later and was told his friend couldn't do the delivery that the warehouse would I asked him if he would guarantee it and he said yes, between 10- Next day no bed so luckily I used a charge card and called to have them cancel the payment I wouldn't trust this place with anything Address is [redacted] Orlando, FL

I purchased a mattress and adjustable base in October I was assured by the salesman that the adjustable base was designed to fit within my bed frame This is the only reason I purchased the adjustable base to only learn from the manufacturer that my adjustable base was not designed to be attached to the footboardOf course I had problems with the base rubbing against my headboard and footboard and called my salesman who suddenly had problems with his phone and did not return my calls I called the store to speak with him and received a run aroundI finally was informed that the owner did not intend to correct this problem of course the company has already received their money and reminded about the contract I signed Be aware of what you are told by the salesman and the fine line you signThe customer service kept referring back to the contract Mattress One is all about sales and not customer satisfaction I've only had my mattress and base for three months!

Mattress one sucks!! Their delivery is never on timeThey don't even give customers an update about their mattressI've had to reschedule several times because they failed to deliver the mattressI will never ever purchase from them againNever !
The sales rep are also not honestI've had personal experiences on occasions which I don't even want to mentionSay NO to mattress one !!

I bought a mattres at the *** It was a positive experience! Eric B*** and his trainee walked me through the process of picking the right mattress for me.The delivery took place as promised.I'm happy with my new bed and was pleased with Mattress One !

Ok, So first of all I will say that my sales rep, Juan, was great Now to the nitty gritty Delivery guys showed up an hour late and then tried to give me two knock off memory foam pillows when I ordered the expensive ones I had to tell them to go back to the truck and get the right ones They originally told me they didn't have them on the truck so I called the store immediately and got the manager The old saying everyone has one? Well that is who I got
Anyway, while I was fighting with the manager the guys bring in the mattress, the bunkie board and lo' and behold, they find the pillows on the truck I hang up on the manager and follow the guys upstairs Immediately I notice the bunkie board is damaged and the guy says he will get me a new one Then they unpack the mattress and the core topper of the memory foam mattress is damaged Hundreds of thread pulls Now granted, I bought the floor model but since I have never and thought I would never buy a "used" bed, I carefully looked for any damage I only saw a dirt smudge which I could wash out The delivery guy took numerous photos as evidence and stated I would get a new one
After giving the delivery guy an opportunity to report back to the store, I again call and get the same *** manager I talked to He immediately went on the defensive and talked over me He lied and said that the thread pulls were the reason they had it for sale LIE!!!! The salesman told me they were getting rid of it for a newer model After getting no satisfaction and tired of being talked over, I asked for the headquarters number Initially, he refused to give it to me but finally relented
I called headquarters and was put on hold for a long time and then a message said to leave a message so I did I didn't get a callback so I have called back everyday for the last days and I have never gotten a call back
Bottom line They sell you fine, take your money and best wishes! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UGH!

The customer service with Mattress One was completely non-existent We bought a mattress through Mitchell and it was promised to arrive on a Monday (days after purchase) When we called on Monday afternoon to find out when the mattress would be delivered it was not until then that we found out it was out of stock It was due to arrive on Friday, Mitchell said all day Friday that it was on the truck and would be delivered before 8pm Come to find out when I called their "Customer Service" at 4PM that Mitchell had lied and it was never on the truck and never back in stock In short, our mattress did not arrive until weeks after purchase date Never once have we received a call or follow up from Mitchell since he lied and still have not received a call back from the customer service manager Danielle We will never be shopping with Mattress of Winter Garden again and suggest you don't either if you expect the items you pay for to arrive

I would NEVER recommend MATTRESS to my WORST ENEMYI purchased a mattress with box spring and frame from 11/16/and I did not get my complete delivery until 12/9/at which time the delivery truck came WITHOUT my product!!!to deliverLol! Funny but *** SAD and a shame, and which I lost days of work/pay for them to be paid, with tons of excuses...I am still not satisfied with the mattress because the threads to the corners are reeling out, and I had to staple the paper on to the board of the box spring, but so tired of the run around and no help from the Corporate Office either, I just have to suck up to a bad Christmas because of MATTRESS ..I would never do Business with anywhere else without checking online comments again

Just bought a mattress at Mattress in New Port Richey, Florida This is the third time we have done business with this location, and each time has been an excellent experience We were given professional service (today from Sherry H***, the representative giving us attention without hounding us and following us around the store

Do NOT buy from this company. They offer you promises and don't deliver.
On 3/21/15 my wife and I purchased a California King mattress (special order) and a "platinum" mattress protector. We were advised that it takes 10-14 working days for receipt of special orders. Over a month later, 4/25/15, after many phone calls hearing every excuse imaginable, we received our mattress (back-ordered the mattress protector) and delivered the wrong size (high profile) foundations! We could not use those, as I literally had to leap onto the bed. We had to remove and not use those to have nothing but the mattress to sleep on, and have them deliver the correct (LOW PROFILE). Said they had to re-order the low pro.
Not enough room to tell the rest of this fiasco but, it took Mattress1
4 MONTHS, to the day, 7/21/15, to complete my paid in full purchase on 3/21/15!!!
Absolutely the worst purchase experience of my life including autos, houses, pools, rooms of furniture, etc.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was told I would receive a free mattress pad & pillows with my order and the pillows came stained and everything they gave as an incentive was inferior. I was double billed for my order and it took a long time to correct the problem. I was also told that if any sales happened they would honor the sales price and credit me back. Soon after my purchase a sale took place and they didn't credit my account as promised. They also never called me back after several messages to headquarters. They don't care about their customers plain and simple.

We purchased a mattress from Mattress One in October 2016 and then about 1 1/2 months later we exchanged it. They made it sound so easy to return. We did pay the exchange fee , but when we received our bill , we realized we were double billed. We tried to get this resolved and their finance company who they used, told us we could call Mattress One back and have them talk to their in house finance department to confirm that we were double charged. Well ,to make a long story short we have gotten the run around for the last couple of months and Chris and Eric at the Mattress One on Houston highway location in Victoria Texas have been blowing us off and keep telling us they are going to call the finance company to resolve the issue. They keep making excuses everytime we call them saying they are very busy and DO NOT EVEN CALL US BACK! They have been very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MATTRESS ONE EVER AGAIN, AND I WILL BE SURE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I purchased a mattress recently from a Sugar land location. The rep told me I could pickup the mattress on a specific date. I arrived with a borrowed truck, only to be told that the mattress was not there and would not be available for a few more days. At that point I asked for a refund. I was told a refund would be processed in a couple of days. A couple of days later NO REFUND. I tried contacting the local customer service and was told a refund needs to approved by management. Of course no manager was available but was told the district manager will call me the next day. The next day and the day after and the day after came and went and still NO CALL from the district manager and NO REFUND. In my opinion and only my opinion I would say run from Mattress one if you like to sleep at night.

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I had read the reviews and over 300 complaints before purchasing from Mattress 1 One. After purchasing two king sized beds for my children I was told it would take 'a while' to deliver, presumably because I purchased the beds on a holiday. I should have taken that as a sign and walked out of there. On the Saturday the beds were supposed to finally be delivered, I cleared all of my plans to make sure I was home. As the afternoon grew long and I still had not heard anything I called the store location. The salesperson at the store told me it appeared the beds were on back order and someone should have called because they would not be delivered but that they would be rescheduled for delivery the following Saturday. I was upset but said okay. The following Saturday I again canceled my plans to be available for the delivery. Again, no one called and I ended up calling the store again and was told the mattresses were not on the truck for delivery that day. The salesperson offered to "throw in a pillow" for the trouble. Again, I was upset and my children were disappointed and upset; I shared this but there was nothing else he could do so I said okay. Now, AGAIN, I have called the store three times to find out what is going on and on the third time the sales person said he did not know why but the mattresses were not on the truck again this Saturday. I told him I wanted a refund and I would get the mattresses from somewhere that would actually give me what I had already purchased. I got the number to the corporate office and still could not find out why in the world the mattresses were not being delivered. Because it is the weekend, the refund will not be processed until next week. It did not take days to pay my money, but it is going to take days to get it back.
I do not understand how this place stays in business with these types of business practices. I still have two more mattresses I need to purchase and it will DEFINITELY NOT be from this company. I would STRONGLY suggest anyone in need of mattresses GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I certainly will.

For all the complaints I read on the reviews...I must encourage everyone to read my experience before they turn away from Mattress One..

I recently purchased a California King Sealy Reclining Bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress from the Jacaranda/Plantation, Florida store.

Due to the Memorial Day Holiday rush, my delivery was delayed...but as soon as I told Juan, the Sales Associate and his District Manager of this delay...they made sure our delivery arrived within 2 days! The delivery people were professional and very kind...they even helped move the existing bed into another room to make space for the new bed.

It has amazing and literally a life saver for my son who was in kidney failure complicated further by blood clots in his legs. Being over 6', the length of the bed is perfect...he said he has never been so comfortable in his entire life with one reason being, his feet don't hang over the edge and the recliner portion helps immensely during the difficult times of his illness.

We couldn't be more pleased with this important purchase, handled kindly and professionally by the Mattress One team. Thank You!

I bought a mattress and it was delivered and set up with one wheel missing. The gel pillow I paid almost $100 never showed. Rep at Store wanted to charge me $140 to exchange bed under comfort policy but send the delivery people out to my house again to delivery pillow and new bed frame on a different day for free....what sense is that? Make delivery people come out for free and then come out again to delivery an exchange and charge customer $140? They are highly unorganized and not at all knowledgeable about customer service or satisfaction. They do not follow through and do what they say they are going to do. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

I decided to do a review in lieu of a complaint (as there are 301 complaints already filed) - I really wished we would have don't research on this company prior. My wife and I bought a duel adjustable Serta (king) bed. They had an ad with a free TV (spend 2000.00 +) on the back side free pillows, frame, setup, etc... we pick the bed was told you have a choice of one item (we spent 2700.00) we picked the pillows that were there. Bed delivered and wrong pillows (the delivery guy commented that they were the cheap pillows) told him not what is on our receipt *showed him and he said it was changed. He showed me the pillows in his truck. I called the sales guy - he told me they don't carry the other anymore - I didn't accept the pillows. I also noted that one of the mattress was a good inch shorter in height then the other. was told it was because the other was sitting on it. So lets start with the pillows after calling customer service a million times and getting through 3 times each time saying that my receipt said this when I finally said I have my receipt and it clearly states this!! then it was we don't carry that pillow anymore etc... I said fine then give me the TV "no sir can't do that" sure you can I have the ad in my hand, if you are not giving me the pillows that we selected then the TV (note I have been calling the salesman about this a hundred times as well - I have ask to speak to a manager a million times and would never give me one (doubt if there is anyone in charge). Then finally after telling me someone would and never did I got customer service again and all of a sudden they found the pillows. We got the pillows but hate the mattress (one side which was hard as a rock and noticeable different then the other). Go to the store to have someone check it out. was told the mattress company would have to come out but they will never find fault in the mattress and it would take weeks to get someone out there. my wife said lets just get a different mattress. we did another 1300.00 dollars - stated wanted the mattress checked and we should have to pay for the replacement fee but was plus he gave us a mattress pad (well I thought). I wasn't here when they delivered (yes a 12 hour window) they set up no pad - I come back call and I kidd you not - the salesman said "doesn't matter whats on your receipt - the manager decided not to give it to you" I ask for his number would not give, I called customer service a hundred times never got anyone or anyone to call me back. we spent 4000.00 at this place and it is the worse ever - I would be surprise if they stay in business much longer.

We went in to the store to purchase a mattress which we did. Setup for delivery was made for later in the week. The delivery guys got there and took out my box springs then came right back with them--I was told that the wrong mattress had been put on the truck. They told me they would have to come another time to delivery it. It was set up to be delivered the following Friday. We took time off from work again to be there but by 10:45 am, we learned that there was no mattress to be delivered since it was out of stock. We asked--so there was a mattress in stock on Saturday when you came and delivered the wrong one,correct; yes. So you gave that mattress to another order that was set up for delivery earlier in the week, correct; yes. At that point we cancelled the ordered. Now, I am sitting here 9 days later and the credit still has not been credited to me. I am not sure what kind of game they are playing by taking so long to credit my account but I believe that I will report this to the Consumer Financial Protective Bureau. I would not recommend this company which is a shame because the salesperson was very nice.

Worst customer service ever! We spoke with a salesman over the phone he told us we should just order online because of where we live and we would pay $80 delivery charge. We ordered online and paid $80 for delivery. They called the next day to schedule the delivery for the next week. The day before they were suppose to deliver they called and asked for $50 more dollars. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 20 mins so I called back and then they told me one was not available and they would call me back. They never did so they decided not to deliver our bed at all. I called again and asked for a manager they would not put me in touch with one. Cancelled the order. Horrible staff will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

On Monday February 23, 2015 my husband and I visited your store in Beaumont, TX. We read an advertisement in the Beaumont paper for the “President Days Sale” through that Monday. When we arrived at your store all the Sales Tags had been removed from the store. The salesman said the sale ended Sunday. My husband showed him the newspaper. That should have been the first indicator that we needed to go elsewhere.

We did purchased a Brantford Plush Tight Top King Mattress that day. We were told the mattress would be delivered Thursday of that week.

On Thursday morning my husband and I dismantled our “sleep number mattress” and
No mattress was delivered!

Friday morning I called and spoke to Frank. He said there was a problem and we should get the mattress Saturday. (Which was an outright lie because you do not have Saturday delivery in my area) At that time I informed him that I was sleeping in a recliner and my husband was sleeping on the couch because we did not have a mattress on our bed now.

Saturday no mattress was delivered.

Sunday I called spoke to another gentleman in Beaumont and explained the situation and he told me the mattress was “out of stock”. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he said that I would be UPGRADED if I would be patient and an upgrade would be delivered the following Tuesday.

Tuesday no mattress was delivered. I called again.

Thursday evening the mattress was finally delivered and guess what? It was the same type of mattress original ordered. What happened to the upgrade? Or a complimentary mattress pad or pillows or something for my trouble! (You try sleeping in a recliner for a week and a half!)

Not once in all this back and forth did any sales person call me to communicate on the delivery of this mattress or to apologize.
