Bought and paid for a queen size [redacted] mattress and electric frame end of JUL with a delivery date of 18 AUG. Called on 17 AUG to confirm delivery and store said they didn't know about sale, said they would call back but didn't. I called the next day and was told again they were looking into it and would call back but they didn't. I called again on 19 AUG talked to salesman that said he was the new manager and that they had the sales info and it would be delivered, gave me his name as Jose. I still didn't get a good feeling about the info so I went by the store about an hour later and was greeted by Jerry that said he was the new manager and that there wasn't any Jose that worked there. Should have known from that they were giving me the run around. Jerry said he would have everything delivered 21 AUG by a friend with a van so he could give me an accurate time and would let me know on 20 AUG of time for delivery. I called him on 20 AUG around 12:30 and he said store had been busy he hadn't called but would get back to me within the hour. I called him 2 hours later and was told his friend couldn't do the delivery that the warehouse would. I asked him if he would guarantee it and he said yes, between 10-8. Next day no bed so luckily I used a charge card and called to have them cancel the payment. I wouldn't trust this place with anything. Address is [redacted] Orlando, FL 32809

I wanted to post on here to warn fellow consumers about MATTRESS ONE in Spring Hill. We purchased a mattress on Thursday and it has still not been delivered. They promised delivery today and still no bed. We called the corporate store in Orlando, they took our information and did not call us back. When the store here locally stopped answering our phone calls, my husband had to physically drive there in order to talk to the sales rep. He then called the district manager and allowed him to speak with him, but would not give us the phone number. No one, not even the district manager, knows where the bed is. He "guesses it did not make it on the truck today." They are now hoping we can maybe have it Thursday. We asked for a refund and they told us it would take two weeks. So we have no bed and cant get the money back to go get one from another store. Whatever you do, do not give them your business. There were four other receipts that the sales rep said were dealing with the same situation as we are. They are completely disorganized. No one could get ahold of the drivers of the delivery truck. No one could find out if the bed was on the truck or still in the warehouse. And worst part, no one, including the district manager even feels bad about the situation. They do not care about our business or yours.

I purchased a mattress on 10/19 at the Tampa store and requested a delivery to Wesley Chapel location which is very close to my home. I was told the estimated delivery time would be 10/21. I received a call on 10/21 from the Tampa location indicating mattress was ready for pick-up. I informed salesperson mattress was to be delivered to Wesley Chapel store. Was told when mattress was delivered, she was busy with something else and wasn't able to check with delivery person and that she would see what she could do. She called back later and said there were no deliveries on Wednesday and mattress would be delivered to Wesley Chapel store on Thursday. I called Thursday and mattress was still at Tampa location. I shared with sales person mattress was for son and we had already disposed of other mattress. She said would call customer service but it was difficult to get through. I asked for customer service number, called numerous times and no one ever answered. On Friday I went to Wesley Chapel store hoping mattress was there. I spoke to [redacted] he indicated mattress was not there and called the Tampa store. He spoke to the salesperson that I ordered the mattress from, then hung up and said I need to pick up at Tampa store. I advised, Wesley Chapel is closer, and asked to have delivered there. He said he could have delivered but it will be Wednesday or Thursday. I asked him to cancel order and order another and have delivered to his location because I would receive in one day. He indicated he couldn't, that it needed to go through customer service. I told him that I just wanted my mattress and didn't want to wait another week and asked for a manager. [redacted] said he was the manager and that if I wanted the mattress, then I could call myself and take care of it. I told him this is unacceptable customer service and that I could not believe that he was a manager. He dialed the number to the Tampa location, gave me the phone, said to handle the problem myself and that he did not work for me and to get out of his store. I talked to the Tampa location and, after hearing the commotion in the background, the salesperson offered to deliver mattress to my home. After hanging up the phone I told the manager that I would be filing a complaint regarding his abusive behavior. He didn't seem to care and yelled to GET OUT OF MY STORE once more. I have never patronized an establishment which such total disregard for their customers and will never step foot in another Mattress One store again. I was verbally abused and disrespected in every way possible. This guy does not need to be the manager of anything. This was clearly a mistake to have a person with no management skills representing Mattress One.

I made a purchase on 6/4/16 at the Outlet Center in Orlando, Florida for two (2) king size IComfort Directions Mattresses, two (2) XL twin size bases matching the IComfort Directions Mattresses, and one (1) adjustable cordless king size base. On 6/6/16, a delivery was made for two (2) California King IComfort Directions Mattresses, four (4) XL twin size bases (did not match mattresses), and no adjustable base. Apparently the adjustable base was on back order but the store manager did not bother to advise us of this. When I confronted him about this, he said that if we didn't want any of the merchandise to send it back and he would issue a refund. The total of my purchase was $2500.00. After a strong worded letter sent to corporate and a conversation with their area manager, Ismael, we agreed to a refund for the adjustable base and to switch out the mattresses for the correct size because after all I needed the beds. The refund for the adjustable base was supposedly processed on 6/8/16, but when I called corporate office to confirm, they advised that nothing had been received from the store in order to process it, therefore I did not receive my refund until 6/17/16; posted to my account on 6/19/16. Then finally on 6/21/16 and after arguing with corporate office, the delivery drivers arrived with two (2) IComfort Directions mattresses. However, one of them reeked and had urine like stains on it. The other one was tattered, dirty and stained as well. The one that smelled like urine was taken and the other left behind. Here it is 6/29, almost a whole month later and I still don't have what I need. I'm SO very upset and I wish I had never purchased from Mattress One. I've had to take time off work to deal with this issue. It has been a horrible inconvenience. Honestly the only one that has been trying to help was the sales agent, however he can only do so much. His hands are tied as he is employed by a company that could careless about their customers. If anyone reading this is thinking about purchasing from this company--- do yourself a favor, stay away. At this point, I'm not sure what I'm going to do but I have to do something soon. It's absolutely ridiculous that almost a month later I'm still dealing with this.
