We are suggested and advised one thing by the Store Manager [redacted] to get our sale over a competitorNow we are being told differently by the VP [redacted] Customer #XXXXXXXX, Salesperson DS (***), sold us several items at Store [redacted] At that time, Mattress Firm was running a special for free bases with their mattresses [redacted] suggested a King Kleinman SPT mattress to us which came with a FREE baseAt the time we were not sure we would like the mattresses and [redacted] advised they do not do a money back guarantee like [redacted] doesHe did state they do a day comfort exchange but we have to keep the initial mattress at least days to really try it outHe stated if we did not like it in days, that we could come back and do a mattress for mattress exchangeHe said specifically since the base is free on this mattress, and not part of the mattress price, that it would have nothing to do with the exchangeSo as he stated, the receipt shows Mattress for $1834.99, and the Base for

Will not honor warranty; their agency will use every excuse they can think of to deny the claim I purchased this new mattress in and ensured it had the best warranty available - years for this model Sure enough, one side collapsed, evident by pictures of a compressed bedside and levels, although the company told me to go to the store and get this high tech gear called "A wood block and string and bolts" I tried to use them but thanks to camera technology, visual tricks can happen Their next excuse is no stains - even if it's a quarter inch of orange koolaid or residue left by frebreeze Then every bit of paper documentation (DO NOT REMOVE THOSE LABELS AFTER BUYING!) you can provide Then they say no; even if they rarely say yes you must pay a replacement fee, delivery, and buy a new model mattress as they no longer make yours after a yearTherefore, I may pay a non-deductible typep payment for a new mattress I am not even sure I will like; that is, if I am approved

The complaint was against BOTH companies as [redacted] collects the warranty information for [redacted] and they work together to deny warranty claims HOWEVER, after months of sending information and arguing with BOTH [redacted] and [redacted] , I received a store credit voucher to replace my mattress You can close the case

we ordered a mattress and box spring and the box spring delivered was too big, and we were told we would have to pay to correct the issue we purchased the mattress and box spring from the coolsprings store, from [redacted] on Tues and had it delivered on Thursday, on setting up the bed it was apparent the box spring was too tallWhen we called immediately to correct the issue, we were told we would have to pay an additional to exchange the box spring for shorter productWhen we asked to cancel the order and return the product, we were told they will not take returns We DID NOT order the larger box spring and we are not sure how this decision was made and therefore we should not have to pay for ***'s mistake in sending the wrong box springWe called within an hour of the wrong box spring being delivered and should have been able to resolve this issue immediately

They take your credit card # and keep charging people They pop up another product and just be clicking, next you have ordered it!! The email without an invoice, without a return address, without anything explaining that you must return these products or you will be charged into weeks full price and on a returning mailing list for more products once a month The trial product tricked and mislead me to believe that I am done ordering the trial, but they kep charging me every month for months I was in different countries for months, and did not notice until now, but they charge me times, and worst of it, no product was received!!!!! When I called the customer service, the lady name Marina's voice echoed and barely heard her, and she kept insisted on not refunding me the money I am not 200% satisfied the product because I did not receive them, and the way they do the business and the customer service is no t helpful She hang up on me and left me with anger

This company is AWFUL! How it doesn't have thousands of terrible reviews is just beyond me! They practice deceitful advertising and sales techniques offering a free trialAll the customer has to pay is shipping Apparently, in the very, very FINE print it states that you are enrolling in a monthly delivery of whatever product you decide to tryAnd the price is marked up DRAMATICALLY! Twice as much as what you can get it for on *** They took almost $out of my checking account before I even received the free samples! When I noticed, I immediately calledThe woman I spoke with was rude and ignored my repeated requests for a full refundWhen I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there wasn't one! Purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress with yr warranty from Mattress They refused to honor the warranty stating they are just a sales outlet

Sheets sold were horrible and very expensive
I had purchased sheets from Mattress King about four years ago when I bought my mattressThey were expensive, but very soft and comfortableWhen they were showing wear, I wanted to replace them with the same sheetsI called to see if they still had them and was told it was the same product sold four years agoI went and purchased them for $I got them home, washed them before using them and when I pulled them out of the dryer was horrified at the qualityThey felt like sandpaper and terribly wrinkled despite having been taken out of the dryer before it turned offThere was no way I was going to sleep on them! I called to explain my concern and was told they cannot resell them so I can't return themI wouldn't want them to resell themWho would want them? I wanted my money back and wanted them to send them back to the company that sold them to themThey refusedI will never step foot in a Mattress King again!!!
