I spoke to Mr*** today and apologized for our lack of communication. I also explained how we wanted to get him a new cover from the company in a process that would allow him to keep the defective cover as a back up. ( Those cover cost as much as $) Unfortunately that
process requires more steps within the mattress factory and takes more time. Again, this is where we should have done a better job communicating on our part. We do have conformation the cover replacement has been approved, and we will keep Mr*** updated. When it comes in we will go to his house to put it on for him. I feel after speaking with Mr*** he accepted my apology, and has a better understanding of where we dropped the ball, and the unfortunate steps it takes to get this done with the mattress factory. Please let me know when you get this email as I had some trouble sending it to you.....this is my 3rd try...I had *** correct but didn't take THE in front of Revdex.com literally. I bought a $2,mattress and was told I could return it if dissatisfied The mattress I rec'd appeared to have been slept on already as it had an indentation on one side I tried sleeping on the mattress several nights and found it very uncomfortable I called and asked to return it They refused and said I had not kept it long enough I explained that I have had to move to another room because I cannot sleep on this mattress without pain I have gone to the store and asked that they pick it up, and they ordered me out of the store They said I could exchange it, but how would another mattress be better when I purchased the most expensive mattress they had? My credit card coremoved the charge, and they are not threatening me with an attorney and refuse to pick up the mattress I am a yrold female and feel helpless in this situation I took my niece and her husband into the store to plead with them in this situation, and they threatened to call the police We said that would be fine We would be happy to talk with them, but of course, they didn't call I have requested the owner's name, but the number I was given is only a voice mail for Mattress King, and no one calls back My niece is submitting this for me as I do not have a computer

We purchased a queen size bed from this storeMy wife returned the mattress and box springs to upgrade to a king sizeThe wear unacceptable
By upgrding to the king size bed, we paid an additional $ My wife opted for a pillow top mattress After two years there are two dents on either side of the mattress We travel for work and were gone for months of those two years We filed a claim and were turned down by the company They said the wear was normal They also said that the upgrade was our one change for the warranty

But was told by the sales clerk I could take pictures and send them to Mattress King in care of Jerry/ Shane which I did They have not rresonded to either emails so I sent more pictures this past week and still no responseThe sales rep, Timothy *** was very acommendating in helping report this defectI am very disapointed in the owners and their customer relations

The complaint was against BOTH companies as [redacted] collects the warranty information for [redacted] and they work together to deny warranty claims.  HOWEVER, after 6 months of sending information and arguing with BOTH [redacted] and [redacted], I received a store...

credit voucher to replace my mattress.  You can close the case.

They take your credit card # and keep charging people. They pop up another product and just be clicking, next you have ordered it!! The email without an invoice, without a return address, without anything explaining that you must return these products or you will be charged into weeks full price and on a returning mailing list for more products once a month.
The trial product tricked and mislead me to believe that I am done ordering the trial, but they kep charging me every month for 3 months. I was in different countries for 5 months, and did not notice until now, but they charge me 3 times, and worst of it, no product was received!!!!!
When I called the customer service, the lady name Marina's voice echoed and barely heard her, and she kept insisted on not refunding me the money. I am not 200% satisfied the product because I did not receive them, and the way they do the business and the customer service is no t helpful. She hang up on me and left me with anger.
