Better Business Bureau: I was contacted by Mattress Liquidators on Friday August 15th at 3:PM, miraculously, to inform that the corner post was going to be delivered that same day; the post was delivered at 6:15PM I have asked several times about the other part that needs to be replaced (cracked paint window) and I have received no answer, up to date August at 8: AM the business has not contacted me to explain what is going on with the window, if they are going to replace it or if they have ordered it Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The furniture was sent to a 3rd party delivery service who was supposed to deliver product by a certain time and date if custumer is requesting a refund we would have to pick up product that has been delivered which is valued at 1,499.99 cause then that would be considered theft as far as a 10...

percent refund with product is out of the question the value of the furniture and mattress is 7,239 48 and custumer recieved it for 4000 free delevery and set up free pillows and a free mattress protector we can not give any more discounts I will contact the delivery service to try and expedite delevery

I am rejecting this response because:
I ask because I responded on Revdex.com that I Accepted what I believed Mattress Liquidators was attempting to offer, credit back and expedite the pick up of the wrong items that they delivered.
I tried to stop by the store again today and it was closed. I also texted [redacted]’s Cell Phone #, attempting to schedule a date/time for them to pick-up the items from our home.
However, I have not heard back from him...
 
So if Mattress Liquidators does not respond, clearly we cannot have them pick up the items, meaning the Dispute has not been resolved.
Frankly this is a clear example of the lack of communication and problems that we have been experiencing trying to deal with them for the past 6+ weeks…

Mr [redacted] was aware of bunk bed being on back order when bunk bed came in two parts were damaged which we have no control over we reordered parts and one part came in which mr [redacted] has were waiting on other past as soon as it comes in we will contact mr [redacted] to receive new part
