Excellent experience with a reasonable pricesAida is very nice and she has patience because I was there with my kids and the little one was running aroundI recommend Mattress and More to everyone

[redacted] purchased a mattress from me and after a year or so came back in to my store and said her hip had started recently hurting and it must be the bed causing it and she immediately asked for her money back after sleeping on it for about a yearI went out and inspected the mattress for any visible body impressions and it had none! I told her the industry standard to consider it defective is 1/inch depression and it is very rare for a two sided mattress that you can flip to get a body impressionShe again told me that she wants her money backI explained to her that the mattress is not defective, but with all mattresses they can soften a little as they break in and she again said her hip hurt and I NEED to give her money back and she also indicated that she felt she had spent too much money and mattresses shouldn't cost that muchI talked to Dave at Restonic and he agreed to firm up the mattress as a curtesy to try to make her happy at no cost to her (all mattress warranty cards clearly state that the consumer is responsible for transportation costs back to the factory)In a follow up conversation Dave told me that the Box Spring looked like someone had stomped on it and so he sent her a new box at no charge and firmed up the mattress as per her requestAll conversations about how much she waned it firmed up were between [redacted] and Dave at the factoryShe then call me and said the factory had firmed it up too much and she wanted her money backI called Dave and he agreed to once again rebuild the mattress to try to make her happyI called her to tell her that and that I would let her know when I had my next delivery so I could pick up the mattress once again send it backI just called her to let her know I had a truck coming in on Monday so I could pick up the Mattress to send back and she informed me she had turned this over to the Revdex.com I have done everything to try to resolve this matter she has received free delivery and pick ups on this mattress from me and from Restonic All warranties in the mattress industry are manufactures warranties not store warranties and Restionic has been overly accommodating on trying to make her happy even though the mattress had no visible body impression I feel I am 100% in the right on my dealings with her and have tried to make her happy but it is unrealistic for someone to Demand their money back on a mattress because she had a sore hipOne other comment that she has made over and over is her friends all think that she spent to much on a mattress I work hard to fit my customers to the right type of mattress for their needs I am the owner salesman and delivery guy and I had previously sold mattresses to other retail stores as a Factory Rep I am very well versed in every aspect of the mattress industry please give me a call to talk about this issue Rick [redacted]

Mattresses & More has been helping people sleep better for over year.s We are a locally owned and operated store, and one of the things we hear from our customers all the time is how much they appreciate our straight-forward, no pressure style when it comes to sales We always make sure to discuss our exchange policy with customers at the time of purchase The complainant in this case is a repeat customer of ours, and very familiar with our policies At no time in 40+ history have we taken back returns We've offered two solutions to try to get this resolved We can file a warranty claim with the manufacturer, so in the event the bed she purchased is defective, we can get that resolved We can also help her re-select a new mattress She will have 100% of her original purchase price to use on any other mattress in the store, and we will waive any transportation or re-stocking fees The important thing for us is helping this customer get a better night's sleep We welcome the customer to reach out to us directly to find a solution to this issue, we certainly don't want her to be dissatisfied We're sorry to hear she's not sleeping well on the bed she chose and look forward to helping fix thatKind Regards, [redacted] Store ManagerMattresses & More

I ordered & paid for some bedroom furniture on 8/5/ It never arrived There has been no refund as of 10/31/
I ordered and paid for pieces of bedroom furniture (Cottage Retreat Twin Bookcase Bed *** Cottage Retreat Chest #BXXX-XX, Cottage Retreat Nightstand #BXXX-XX) at the Friendly Town Furniture store on 8/5/ I paid $using a credit card The owner, ***, said the merchandise would arrive in 1-weeks After three weeks of no contact, I called to check on the status of the order and was told that there had been a delay and the furniture would arrive the following week The following week, I checked again and was again told that the furniture had been delayed This process continued with either my husband or I calling weekly to check on the status of the furniture We were told to check back in a week or two each time On 10/5, we canceled the order over the phone and requested a refund We were told it would take 3-business days to process the

I needed a mattress really bad and found Mattresses and More on GoogleI visited the Pembroke Pines location I was greeted by Aida who was fabulous She was patient and showed me a few options that varied in priceAida was professional and very niceI would recommend this store to any that needs a good mattress and great customer service

Purchased mattress, did not expand correctlyHave not gotten our money back from owner of company
Purchased a mattress on December 2, for $530.19.(*** Furniture) We picked it up, set up on box spring It did not expand In fact it was inches, inches, and inches in various spots It was defective and could not be used Owner was contacted the week of December 17th, Owner came on December 26th, to inspect mattress He took pictures and said he would file paperwork with manufacturer It is now January 16, Went to the store on two occasions to ask for money back as we had to purchase another new mattress through another store so we could sleep on one Owner keeps telling us that manufacturer needs to get back to him We were promised a no questions asked warranty/guarantee The sales order receipt shows that we paid by a check in two spots We paid by cash We would like our money back as we have now paid for two mattresses

I am rejecting this response because:
Complaint number [redacted].  First of all, it is my back, my leg and my hip (not just my hip) that started hurting at the same time I started having trouble with the mattress.  Second, Dave told me that the mattress was defective and the box spring caused the mattress to go bad.  Rick has gone back and forth between saying there was nothing wrong with the mattress to there is something wrong with the mattress.  Rick and Dave have both accused me of stomping on the box spring.  I am 71 years old and would never even think of stomping on the box spring or anything else.  I only told two people that I was having trouble with the mattress and how much I paid for it and they both told me I should contact the Revdex.com.  Dave told me he would firm the mattress up a "little."  When I got it back it was so firm it was like laying on a rock.  My son and my husband tried laying on it and said it was too firm.  Rick is making this sound like it is my fault.  I did not make this mattress.  When anyone in the whole world spends $853.93 for a mattress and box spring or anything else and they start having trouble after only one year I'll bet they would not be happy either.  I appreciate that they are paying the shipping.  When I bought the mattress and box spring, Rick told me that he offered free delivery as long as the customer lived in town so he is not going out of his way to deliver the mattress and box spring for free.  He never told me he had cheaper mattresses until Saturday 6/11/16 when he called me and asked me to come to the store and try out a different type of mattress for comfort.  I did and found one which is what I expected when the mattress came back from Restonic the firs time.  My leg is still bothering me when I walk and I did not have this problem before so it is not a pre-existing condition.  Rick came on Monday 6/13/16 to pick up the mattress again to send back to Restonic to firm it up to the firmness level of the mattress I tried on 6/11/16.  If the mattress comes back and it is comfortable I will be happy.  If it is not comfortable or the firmness is not the same as the firmness of the mattress I tried on 6/11/16 I want the mattress and box spring taken from my home and a refund of $853.93.
