Aida was pleasant and very nice. She helped us promptly and our mattress is being delivered in less than an hour. Delivery fee very reasonable as well. I will recommend to my family and friends. Customer service was great.

In the search of a new bed we came across Mattresses & More and we could not be happier after visiting different stores, both family owned and big chain stores to choose this one in particular. Aida was the best! she did not only inform us about the different types of beds, but she was really helpful and dealt with our individual needs as customers in a very personal way without being pushy or trying to sell anything. We had to wait a few days for the bed we wanted to be delivered, and she was kind enough to lend us a temporary mattress while we waited for our dream bed. We prefered to wait for our adjustable base and extra firm queen mattress than to order from a big chain because we loved her vibe, products, competitive prices and family feel. If you have time, ask about her story of how her family started her business started, is it truly an empowering and beautiful one.

make sure to discuss our exchange policy with customers at the time of purchase.  The complainant in this case is a repeat customer of ours, and very familiar with our policies.  At no time in 40+ history have we taken back returns.  We've offered two solutions to try to get this resolved.  We can file a warranty claim with the manufacturer, so in the event the bed she purchased is defective, we can get that resolved.  We can also help her re-select a new mattress.  She will have 100% of her original purchase price to use on any other mattress in the store, and we will waive any transportation or re-stocking fees.  The important thing for us is helping this customer get a better night's sleep.  We welcome the customer to reach out to us directly to find a solution to this issue, we certainly don't want her to be dissatisfied.  We're sorry to hear she's not sleeping well on the bed she chose and look forward to helping fix that. purchased mattresses a year ago and the trimming around the edges coming loose purchased 3 beds and a chest got two beds ordered extra chest differentOn Feb 27, 2013 I ordered 3 twin sleigh beds and a chest from a [redacted] furniture catalog that Mr. [redacted] had shown me. It took a month to get the furniture and then it was the wrong set of furniture he brought me something cheap from another company called World Import I opened one twin bed and saw it was the wrong item and from the wrong store so I did not open the other two boxes once I saw this. He did not bring the chest at that time. Mr. [redacted] took two weeks to come and pick the 3 beds back up. two weeks later he brings the chest to my daughters house it was not the chest I had ordered but the color matched my daughter bed so she decided to keep it because we had waited so long to get it. The price he charged for the beds was 259 and 269 for the chest. I kept going in to his store it was a month later I needed mattresses to go with the beds. I picked out the set I wanted and he charged me 149 per set I ordered two. I kept asking when the correct beds were coming in and he kept giving me the runaround. Finally two more weeks later he brought two beds to my house with the mattress the mattress and box springs didn't match and they were not what I had purchased. He did not have the third bed so I told him to just replace it with another chest like the first one he had brought to my daughter house. I had to pay 100 shipping for him to order the correct beds. Now he is saying the chest was higher so he needed 10 dollars more I told him he old me for the shipping on one of the beds that I didn't get. Now again I'm calling and texting him about my daughters other chest. May comes around and I still don't have it. I started telling him I was going to take him to court to get him to hurry up but he still would not get me the chest. August the first week he drops off a oak chest in my garage I didn't even no it was there till I woke up. Called him told him it was the wrong one and the wrong color. Set it out side in the drive way when I left for him to pick back up. September he brings another chest this time he does the same thing leaves it in my garage. The color was right so I thought the chest was the same as the first one. When we got the box open it was not the same as the other. I have been to his store and called and text him several times about correcting the chest he continued to say he would get the right one. As of today he wont answer his phone had some girl to answer telling me that was her daughters phone and he was her man and not to call the phone. I met with the [redacted] police and they advised me to take a picture of the door with the phone number listed. While the police were there he called my phone and the officer heard him on the phone he basically said to sue him in court. I would like to get this solved without having to do that. I also brought a set of queen mattress from him and they are coming loose around the edges and he said they have no warranty and are only a year old. One of the box springs to the twin set has springs and the other box is solid. I would like to get the correct chest to match the first one I bought. Would like to get a solid box spring to match the other one and I would like the top mattress to the queen bed replaced with one that is not coming apart. the ticket number to the beds and first chest is XXXXXX and the cost was 1147.98 I also purchased a house bed for 1000 and he bought me the one off his store floor instead of ordering me one from the book I saw. What he had in the store had a few scratches and he had told me that it had came from his house but was to order me a new one in the box. It took 2 moths to get it and it was wrapped in plastic. The bed was from the store the shelf on it does not stay on. A couch I purchased has a leg that wont stay on and the tables to the couches does not have the plastic for the glass to sit on the tables the correct way and again I have been waiting a year on the pieces to the table. Desired SettlementI would like to get a matching chest, A box spring that does not have springs on it. one to match the other one that is made out of wood and not wire. I would also like to get the plastic pieces that the glass sits on for the coffee table and end tables it should be 14 of them. I would like to get a better top queen mattress. If he does not want to do that I would like a refund for the chest and two mattress sets one twin and one queen

Review: I purchased a bedroom set on 3/**/15 for my * year old daughter from Marc K[redacted]. Total price over 1700.00$ He gave me a contract to sign for delivery of NEW furniture with memory foam mattress. I noticed the contract afterwards said floor sample and brought it to his attention while still in shop, he assured me it will be brand new BUT in order to give me a discounted price in bedroom set he has to file it tags way, which I stupidly agreed to. He said it would take 2 weeks for delivery to my home which is less than 5 miles from the store, which I agreed to. I was charged and left the store. 4 days later on 3/** my doorbell rings and its delivery men from mattresses and more. They brought a floor model set, that was broken, scratched and CLEARLY damaged and wet because it was raining and they just left it outside in front of my house. I refused to accept the delivery in that condition as I payed for BRAND NEW . I called the store, he apologized and said it was HIS mistake and admitted he sent the stores floor model and he can order my new one and send it instead. I declined and said I don't trust him anymore and I want to cancel the order. Now months later after a dispute with Marc K[redacted], mattresses and more and [redacted] bank, they charged me they refunded partial monies and charged me 525.00$ claiming the store went ahead and ordered my new bedroom set ANYWAY even though I cancelled the same day, and claim that the furniture which came from the story and he admitted came from the store 5 miles from my home was actually ordered from [redacted] and I had to pay a shipping and restocking fee! So I'm stuck paying a bill, I NEVER got the furniture and my daughter has NO bedroom set being that I had already thrown out her old bedroom set to make room for the one I was never deliveredDesired Settlement: I want the 525.00 charged refunded to me, I shouldn't have to pay for a lie.

Review: on sept,*,2014 I walked into mattress & more on sunrise highway and purchased a mattress set with frame a total of $407.36 I then was able to go pick up the items at front street anytime I decided to go pick them up on sept **,2014 because my husband was off of work that day . so we went on that sunday to pick up the items at there warehouse in front street in hempstead when we got there the customer service was horrible they bascicallyjust took the mattresses out and gave us a box of string not a word nothing so we proceeded to put our mattress up and head home once we got home and un loaded my husband discovered there was a bed bug on the mattress and the box spring had stains so I called back the store where I bought it from and spoke to [redacted] he told me it was impossible that the mattress had bed bugs I stated I wanted a refund he said I had to take the mattress back to the warehouse I said ok I would so I did so once we got there the employee told me I had to take it back to him and I told him that he told me I had to bring it back here he went outside took the mattreses and I asked for a signiture stating that he recieved the mattress he refused so I called the police the police got there and made him sign stating that he recieved the merchandise, they still dont want to give me a refund so I am bascilly out $407.36 and without merchandiseDesired Settlement: all I want is a refund. I have 5 kids and one on the way and cant afford to just give $407.36 away please help us resolve this issue

Great prices and fantastic service. I ordered a full size mattress and the delivery came on time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful deal on a good quality mattress.

Review: Presumably I bought a "special order" mattress (it was never stated verbally or otherwise). Because of this if I tried cancelling the order I would be imposed with a 35% 'restocking fee'. After calling less than 3 hours after purchase on a Sunday evening, I was told the order was on hold and to "take as long as I needed". Upon a visit at opening time the next business day I was told that I had purchased a "special order" item and that cancelling the order would imposed the aforementioned fee. After talking it over with [redacted] ([redacted]), we agreed on exchanging it for a item of lesser value.

After agreeing to the exchange, we agreed on the delivery date, the following Saturday between 9-2pm( or maybe 4pm). After a series of calls in which he admitted that his company had failed to notify me that they were not going to be able to deliver the mattress on the agreed upon time, we agreed upon the refund of the delivery and handling charge ($75). When asked how long the refund would take he stated that it would take 48 hours.

After a visit to the store on the delivery date (the following Tuesday), he changed the estimated arrival time of the money to be 72 hours. I has now been more than two weeks since the promised timeline. I have yet to receive my money.Desired Settlement: Because we never agreed that the product was a special order( nor does any of the documentation state that it is) I would like a full refund. Due to the circumstance that he placed me in by not telling me that the mattress was not going to be delivered on the agreed upon time, after exchanging the product more than 4 full business day ahead of the delivery day, I was forced to accept and use the inferior product(after having thrown out my mattress with the garbage the morning of Saturday). I have since repeatedly called asking for my money back only to be told he would call back. He has yet to contact me.
