We have serviced this home several times, the last being in Our technician did his best to clean out the gutters, but
they had clearly not been cleaned in over years since the last time we were out in June We informed Ms*** that without regular maintenance, that this could happenThe underground drains leading away from the home get cloggedWe advised her that to get this taken care of correctly that she would need to call a plumber to roto-root the drains out (which she did) We did not charge Ms*** for the service that day
I take it the plumber did his job well and the drainage situation is resolvedUnfortunately we cannot pay our customers home repair bills clearly due to their negligence
I hope Ms.*** can find resolve in this and one day realize that this was not our faultWe would love the opportunity to service her again in any capacity
Kindest regards,

We removed this customers information from our database last year. If they received a call from us they must have filled out an inquiry somewhere. We double checked our records and do not have their contact information in our database.

We have removed this customers information from our repeat customer database.  Sorry for all of the trouble.
