We should have taken a credit card from this customer prior to starting the work. We basically cleaned over 50 windows for them...

for free. They wanted us there at 5pm to start the work, we knew the house was over sized and that the work would extend into the evening, so we decided to start a little earlier so we could finish before dark.
Our technician Eddie busted his butt on their windows for over 3 hours and completed the job.
They do not believe we did the work, we offer to come back out to show them we did the work and they call the police on us for trespassing [redacted] accused of of stealing. Seriously?? Now they filed a Revdex.com complaint on top of that. We sent them to our collection department and took them off our contact list. We do not wish to have these type of people for customers and regret doing the job for them.

[redacted] respond to each statement - first of all, I would never have provided my credit card to a company "before" work was done - is this there policy and if so why make an exception OR are they making up policies as they go along? This company is full of out and out lies as the below will document - 2nd, the house does not have 50 windows which can be proven, so the claim that someone cleaned over 50 windows at this address cannot be accurate. 3rd, anyone can make up a story about starting a job early but the fact is in the initial cleaning, the bait and switch was tried (not addressed in the response) on the 2nd attempt, any "early time" was NOT agreed upon by the homeowner / customer, as there was no communication with the homeowner that an earlier start was required - on the contrary the start time was confirmed multiple times and the homeowner INSISTED (because of the bait and switch 1st attempt) that a homeowner be there and present to verify the work was done and pay for it so anything the company just decided to do outside of this arrangement, is in fact unauthorized and cannot be verifiable as billable work. Also the claim by said company to have all work completed prior to 4pm when the homeowner arrived home, means said claimed work could not have started "a little early" - not to mention the most important point = the windows at this home were not cleaned! (perhaps they cleaned over 50 windows at another address, since this home does not have 50 windows). 4th, the last incident was already described accurately (which the company response does not address properly) the last incident was simply a matter of this company just deciding on its own to show up at anytime (unknown to the homeowner and do work on the home) let me interject this = if the guy "busted his butt to clean over 50 windows at little early" why was he on a ladder over a week later cleaning anything (even if it was trespassing [redacted] unauthorized?) the police were called because this "[redacted]" person lied by telling the homeowner that no one from his company had a ladder on the property - this was in direct conflict with what was reported to the homeowner saying "well there is SOMEONE on the side of your house on a ladder peering in your side window" - at that point, I and anyone else (AS A HOMEOWNER NOT HOME) would have called the police to investigate. In terms of accused of stealing = another lie and the company has no documentation to prove it. The truth is, I contacted the company via email (which can be documented) stating that I would need to make sure that no items were missing from around my home as a result of their worker trespassing on my property, unauthorized. I then sent a follow-up email as there were some AC parts that were not in the place I left them and I asked the company to ASK their worker "if he had perhaps picked up any parts by mistake" this is not accusing anyone of anything, simply asking the question (which there was not a response) This company has a track record that we have found - over the last 3 years they have averaged about a Revdex.com complaint just north of every 45 days - now in fairness the complaints have been resolved. If you go to some of the online customer feedback engines there is a clear pattern around the customers who were not satisfied - two things emerge (1) the bait and switch (2) appointments missed or changed. My complaint centers around both of these documented patterns and I added a third = out and out lies (in reality the bait and switch really is a lie as it is deceptive practice and should be reported to the CFPB). These types of companies, I have no intention of doing business with, so I did find one item in the companies response we can agree on "take me off any list you have" - as I requested in my Revdex.com complaint and this includes your COLLECTION dept as I will not pay for work not done. I as well regret to have contacted this company in the first place
