Business has many names and phone numbers ,but none are in service, yet they consistently have been taking money from my bank account 2x a month.
This company is also known as Newdietfasting.com and Newdietnurture.com. There are no working phone numbers for this company and they have both have been removing payments from my bank since May 11,2020. Newdietfasting has taken $379.76 & newdietnuture has taken 391.88. I did NOT authorize these transactions and I want my money returned. Is there no way to contact or shut this company down and prevent them from starting another scam? This company does not respond to emails. I have cancelled my bank card as it has caused overdraft charges and am currently trying to figure out how to contact this fraudulent companies and get my money returned.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back! I did not authorize these companies to remove money from my account. I have attempted daily to contact these companies with the number on the fraudulent transaction in my account to every number listed in the complaints. All numbers are out of service. Please get my money back and shut these companies down once and for all.

This company Max Fit Garcinia withdrew $89.95 from my bank account. I was not aware of this charge. I did not authorize this withdrawal.
I became aware of this charge today December 2, 2019. I do not recall making a purchase with this company but may have indirectly. I never paid $89.95 for any purchases recently.

I would like a refund and if I do have an account with them I would like it terminated.

In October received an envelope, open and empty, in the mailbox in a temporary address in Nashville TN. Went to Post Office and comply for it and stated I didn't know where it came from. When got back home in PR my husband saw 2 charges: from Newdietnurture and new diet fasting in California. I called and they issued a refund. Then we noticed another charge for the previous month for DIFFERENT AMOUNTS and the same products (never received). When I called again the threatened to accuse me for fraud and "after everything was cleared" I will receive the refund. I told the man Demetrius that I was not going to wait an unknown period of time to receive what I am entitled to, and he offered a 50% discount of the "debt", which he immediately did. I told him we are seniors (70 and 77) and I will start my own investigation of that company because different charges and names for the same products looks like a scam.

I ordered a free trial product. I cancelled the product within 5 days of receiving the product because the company only gave a very short period to cancel. I reasoned that if the product worked, I would reorder. The product was not what was promised and so I did not reorder.
I ordered on 9/13/2018, and was just notified today(3/28/19)that I owed $171.00. They called me and threatened to ruin my credit. My credit is excellent and I pay ALL my bills on time. I am on a fixed income but if something works I don't mind paying for it.

Once I received this information I did call with a few questions and decided to cancel the 14 day trial.

I do not wish to be charged for the items as I did call within the 14 days to cancel it. The company claims that today (2/4) that I did not call and cancel and they will be submitting my name to a claims court.

I honestly wish that I could have selected more than one complaint type as this scam violates more than just one major issue. Their customer service is rude, unhelpful and incompetent in that they do not remove you from their calling list or cancel your credit card info after being asked to multiple times. Their advertising is not only misleading but blatantly a lie as the company has no connection what-so-ever to shark tank and is using false advertising to gain customers. Their contract states that the pills are a free trial, which as I brought up before, they charge you whether you cancel or not (I attempted to cancel immediately). But let's just stick with the most prevalent issue right now, which is that after multiple phone calls and requests to not receive a product that I didn't want, there was an attempt to fraudulently charge me $79.97. Thankfully my credit card company denied the charge but the company has yet to send me any of the information that I requested about being removed from their system and to have my credit card information deleted. Not so much as a confirmation email has been sent to me other than the first one that confirms I tried to cancel my order the day it was placed.

Other (requires explanation) I want this "business", to remove all of my information from their system and proof that it has been removed. I want them to stop calling me, and if possible to be shut down since they are clearly a scam. I am in fear of my information being available to them or their associates and worry about identity theft issues as well. I also want information on filing a class action lawsuit against them.

After an extensive search of our system ,This customer was not found . We also made several attempts to contact the customer for her to confirm the information that would be found , however we were unsuccessful in contacting the complainant.

From time to time non legitimate company's will use our Name and sell fraudulently to unsuspecting customers, we are not affiliated with them in any way.

We are Not a scam and we suggest that this customer do further checks as to who would have charged her .Since the customer was not found in our system , we consider this complaint resolved and closed.

I paid shipping for free samples and received them. Two weeks later I have debits on my checking account for almost $200.00 without my consent.
On 11/12/18 I responded to a Shark Tank endorsement of a product to get a free sample of a weight loss product. I was billed $13.85 on my checking account for shipping for products: SkyGarcinia and SkyCleanse. Order number was 0D44CXXXXX. I received an email confirming my order; the amount was taken from my checking. Two weeks later there are 2 debits from account for $94.99 and $89.99. I did not authorize those debits or request more product, especially since I haven't even tried the samples yet. I would like to report this company for fraud and want a refund. I have emailed the company but have a feeling I won't be getting a response.

The Customer contacted us on 11/29/2018 in regards to the charges on her account where she was again reminded of the Terms and Conditions, that she had agreed to, which she stated that she understood but would still like to be refunded.

The customer was issued a full refund that day to ensure customer satisfaction as well as requested and was offered a lower cost of the product for future products.

We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

We are certainly not a fraud, neither do we do false advertising as the terms and conditions are clearly displayed on the order page and must be agreed to in order to place this order.

We apologize for any inconvenience and would consider this matter closed since the customer was refunded in full for the transactions in question, as we were sensitive to the customer's needs.

I did receive a refund in a timely manner so I am satisfied with their action.

I order a trial product. Paid shipping only as advertised. 8 days later my back account was hit from two companies for almost $100 ea.
No where on the trial order form did it say I had to cancel within 2 weeks of receiving the product or I'd be charged. So when they charged my account, I immediately called my bank because the name of the businesses didn't match who I ordered from. My bank gave me the company's phone number. I called, the person I spoke to said, I was supposed to call and cancel within two weeks. I explained it didn't say that, and she said it did and I should have read the REVIEWS!!!! I said well if you are saying I have two weeks to try it or be charged, I just received it on September 8 and was charged for it on September 17. I said that doesn't even give me the two weeks you said I had to try it. She said I should have called to cancel the day I got it. I got furious and told her I'd be disputing this. She (Cara) then said, go ahead our company has a 99% dispute win rate!!!!! I told her they were a bunch a scam artists and hung up and called my bank to start the dispute.

Our company does not sell a product called Max Fit Garcinia. We only sell products under the Starex brand name, and none go by this name. Please stop sending notices to *** W *** S *** XXXXX

We have had an issue with someone copying our website and selling their own products, but not changing our company information. Our customer service team would never speak to a valued customer that way, so that alone tells me Ms. did not speak to our actual service team.

I further checked our database, to see if anyone with Ms. name or address has bought one of our products and I found nothing. Very sorry I can not help further. We would have been happy to refund Ms. if she was unhappy with our products.

This company offered a free trial on General Garcinia and General Cleanse products for the cost of shipping
We purchased the General Garcinia product from a Facebook advertisement for a low trial price. While we should have read the terms and conditions, we did not. We have now been charged full price for the trial product. The shipped and billed us both products as part of our monthly subscription on the 8/24 and 8/25 and as of 9/14 we have only received one of them. Then they shipped and billed us for additional product on 9/9 and 9/10 before a month was even up.

Contacting them has been a nightmare as they emphasize that we agreed to the selling practices but this was true bait and switch sales tactics that is very sly and deceptive. At this point we have been billed nearly $600 and received 1 bottle of product which I know I can get equivalent product on Amazon for less than $15. These people should not be allowed to operate.

After repeated calls they are now saying that we will receive all product by 9/17 and they will give us return instructions and full refund. I am very skeptical. Even if they do, I will not be happy.

We contacted the business on October 5 and they indicated we could return the two bottles of product that have been shipped to us for a refund of $191.78. Their only return center is located in Downsview, Ontario, Canada as they are apparently a Canadian based company. Trans border returns are expensive and inconvenient. I am still unsure if they will actually issue a refund and would definitely like a full refund. The return is in process and I will update when I hear back from the company.

Advertised email came to my email address. advertisement said that the t.v. show "Shark Tank" was endorsing this product. website said, "get a free trial, just pay shipping costs". I ordered the product for 6.95 shipping, then another product came up for 6.90 shipping. it would not let you order first product without ordering second product.I assumed second product was needed in order for first product to perform correctly, so I ordered it. assuming order was finished, and not expecting any further charges for product or anything associated with it, I placed order. package came several days later with product. I did not open package because by shaking it , I could tell this was what I ordered. another week and a half later, I noticed another charge of 94.99 was taken by same company. I contacted my credit union to file a complaint. credit union sent letter to me saying that the company I ordered from said I signed contract to join a membership. which I did not. also, that I would have to contact company to dispute charge. I called company explaining situation to "Maya", she recited some information about company policy and I could not not get money back. I was upset and reiterated my concerns to her. she hung up on me. I called back immediately, and got "Mika". explaining situation I was again was upset as she was reciting same rhetoric that "Maya" was spouting. then she said I "was being rude, and that she will hang up on me if I wasn't going to listen to her". I asked for manager and was told manager was in meetingsurprise! She asked if she could help instead, I asked for a refund. she continued her spiel, I said no and hung up on her.I ordered this product on 8/12/18. got billed on debit on 8/14/18. then got another charge on 8/29/18 with no explanation of what it was for. this company uses several different names to offer product, debit account, and to send product. I received this package with address, but no company name on it. I have seen many complaints on Revdex.com about this company. I do not understand why this company is still allowed to continue in their fraudulent manner and still be in business. why can't the country sue this company and make it cease and desist this deceiving of unsuspecting humans? it is a disgrace they are in business at all!!! I contacted the company after receiving the first shipment to cancel the account and it did not get cancelled.
After contacting the company to cancel, I received another shipment the next month and was charged $175. I tried to find out from them how to send it back and get a refund. I was never able to reach anyone. I had hoped that the cancellation had just "crossed in the mail" with the shipment, however, I received another shipment the following month and another $175 charge. I contacted my bank and was told that there wasn't enough information to dispute the charge and that I should try to work out the refund request with the company. I finally just got off the phone with the company, having now received my 5th shipment and 5th $175 charge and because I had contacted the bank, they told me that they would not give me a refund. After the customer service rep got ignorant with me, I just hung up, but not before he told me that they would offer no refund. I did receive an e-mail that they finally cancelled my "order" so hopefully there will be no future shipments or charges, but that doesn't change the fact that they have stolen $875 from me.

Money is being taken from my account on a regular basis even tohugh I only signed up for a free trial. I am not receiving anything for this money.
I do not have a date for placing the order but it was sometime towards the beginning of February 2018. It was in answer to an advertisement on Facebook. My thinking was it was a free trial offer so I would try it and expected to only have to pay for postage. The first time I noticed these transactions was on the 6th March when 84.88 was taken from my account and this was earmarked for my granddaughters birthday. I then checked all transactions and found on the 19th February 19.97 was taken also on the 15th March. I have sent emails to any address I could find but I have not received replies.

On 1/16/2018 I ordered MaxFit Garcinia. They added on ColoFit Detox & charged me shipping for both, a total of $13.85. I then decided to cancel my order & did - within 20 minutes of ordering. Lo & Behold, I see charges on my cc statement for these two items which I never received, because I CANCELLED THEM THE SAME DAY. They refuse to credit my account. They are SCAMMERS - BUYERS BEWARE!!

This company is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. They need to be shut down. They ripped me off for $184.88. I wish there was some one that people like me could go to to have this wrong righted. This is a scam and a half. If anyone has any ideas on how to stop people like this to share on face book would be a great help to others who have been scamed and protect anyone thinking of trying the product.

Similar to other reviews, I was ok with the 6.99 for the trial bottle. But then I had the colon cleanse also added for another 6.99$. Thought maybe I had inadvertently added. Then a month later I had $89.89 and 94$ charges added to my CC, with no additional supplements sent! When I called, I was offered $40 on each charge if I would agree to not file a formal dispute with visa. What a rip off! They said it was in my contract?!?!?

Website listed below offers a Risk Free Trial. No where on the very first page does it list anything about paying full price for product within 12 days of purchase.

I did an online order on 1/16/2018 at 9:35am - order number *** Was charged for shipping and handling of 2 products, of which I was tricked into ordering a 2nd product because of their submit button. I received the order on 1/19/2018. On 2/1/2018, I was charged $84 for 1 product and $87 for the 2nd, only 14 days after I received the product.
I sent an email to the company requesting a refund and was told then about their 16 day policy of paying full price for product if I didn't cancel. How convenient for them to not disclose this information in any correspondence when I initially purchased the so-called "Free Trial".

Desired Outcome

Would like to be refunded in full the $84.00 and $87.00 charges from 2/1/18. Of note, this company claimed they would refund me 35% in 3-7 days. Of course, not even this was done.
