Hello, ? I have received a Revdex.com complaint #[redacted] via mail and would like to respond via email; ? I have looked into this customer's case and see that they have been billed in the correct manner as stated in our T&COur T&C are also outlined on the checkout page and the customer must agree to these terms before checking outDespite this I have decided to give this customer a full refund in hopes of resolving this issue.?

Hello, ? I received a complaint in the mailThis is the response to complaint [redacted] ? I am deeply sorry that this customer has had a bad experience with our companyUnfortunately, the customer service rep gave him the wrong returns address, and this is why we cannot find the returnI have went ahead and refunded this customer fully and greatly appologize for the inconvenienceIf he would like to call back in and get a couple bottles completely for free, I have made a note on his account

I have issued him a full refund on his credit card for charges we were still able to refundI have also issued him a check for the rest of the funds that we were no longer able to refund on his cardHe should show the refunds on his credit card within 2-business days and should receive the check within 4-business days
