We are very sorry that this customer was unhappy with the service we provided.  I have issued him a full refund on his credit card for charges we were still able to refund. I have also issued him a check for the rest of the funds that we were no longer able to refund on his card. He should show...

the refunds on his credit card within 2-3 business days and should receive the check within 4-5 business days.
