[redacted] ,Your payoff has been emailed to you Thank you

[redacted] , your payment was due 11/- our notes indicate you finally communicated with us after you were days past dueWe told you payment had to be made, even if you planned on selling the car Car was in possession as of 11/and sold a few weeks later You called us only after car was sold in DecemberOur records indicate, you have not communicated with us regarding the deficiency owed on your account albeit our attempts to satisfy the account We are happy to resolve the account if you contact our legal department

After reviewing the account, [redacted] did in fact have [redacted] payoff the loan in December We require payoffs to be done in office but because [redacted] lives in Tucson, [redacted] had to payoff the loan VIA mail They initially mailed the payoff to our Scottsdale location where we do not receive any mail and thus directed the [redacted] Representative After finally receiving the payoff to our PO BOX, the customer was owed $which she received the following month as owed Respectfully, Maximum Title Loans Corporate Team

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] Maximum Title Loans was not up front with their pricing they tried to hide it, I had never done a Title loan before and do not understand why anyone would put a lien on someone's vehicle before the customer had agreed to the terms? Regards,

This is not correctI was speaking directly to the representative who identified himself as "Bo"He was immediately nasty to me and insulted me when I addressed his attitude with meI WILL NOT allow ANYBODY claiming to be a "professional" to curse at me or use derogatory languageRegardless if the account is in "default", the Attorney General's office finds it very interesting that we were insulted and treated in such wayA "late" bill does not allow for any person employed by a company to insult the customerNEVER

Revdex.com: I sent it to the address I was instructed to send it to by Nick in the legal off The first time when it was returned and the last time when they accepted the payoff So it wasn't sent to a wrong address The mistake came down to their employee not telling me what overnight service I had to use But they won't accept this That $is so important to them they took a hit on the Revdex.com They can have it And for the record I got an email awhile back saying they failed to respond despite a reminder and their rating would be effectedI think that decline in rating should stay since they couldn't even respond to a simple complaint within the time limit Guess it must have been Nick's job to calendar the deadline and he just failed to do it! Regards, [redacted]

Client is in default and refused to speak to us directly Instead, she asked her husand to speak to us in which case we told them they needed to pay or surrender the vehicleThe account remains days past due

Unlike Maximum Title Loans' response that it already mailed me the title as shown to me on November 1, it was only the next day, November 2, that I got an email message that only now the title is going to be released, and will take 4-business days for me to receive it in the mail Notice that the company neither noted when it was mailed or apologized for the delay of my receipt of the title for over a month when it is supposed to be 2-weeks maximum as I was told on the phone after I payed back the loan, along with the fact that they never called me back after my leaving messages on their voicemail for three consecutive days At this point, I will wait until Friday of next week to receive the title before lodging my continuous complaint, but please do leave my case open in case I still don't receive the title in the latest timeframe given In any case, I would like you to send my message here to the loan company which will clearly show them that I know for a fact that they lied saying that the title was mailed out, because if this would be true, I would have surely received it by now

Mr [redacted] came into our office for a new loan on July 23, He was approved at which point pricing was discussed by a manager He then and signed an [redacted] application which he was told would allow Maximum Title Loans to add our lien on the title The client abruptly changed his mind after he saw the contract and title was liened We released the title and gave Mr [redacted] a courtesy call to let him know he could pick up title

You have been great clients of ours since August of 2015, it appears that you may need a better due date and a loan where you can make better progress. We will contact you privately to address some of your concernsThanks

Like with Title Max, your loan must be kept current We have people coming to us to buy out their loans all the time with other lenders If Title Max asked the status of your account (common practice) then Leanna did the right thing by informing them of your delinquency which is common
courtesy within the industry No lender wants to buy another lenders bad loansPotential clients should understand that the ONLY complaints we get are from PAST DUE customers Money lending is a way street and there are expectations that lenders have of people

Ms ***,First let us apologize for taking longer than usual to process your loan, that is not the norm and will be addressed with the office staff Most companies ask for a 10day payoff but we try to pay loans off within daysYou are right that you are owed a credit, another mistake on
our part as you are only liable for the amount of the contract and not for the additional days it takes us to pay off the loan This issue has been addressed with *** and because we never take longer than days to pay loans off, she had no previous experience with this scenario Had it been brought to my attention, I would have advised her not to collect those funds A credit will be issued once final payment is received and your total loss claim with your insurance company is settledOur industry is often labeled as "predatory" which clearly we are not when offering zero interest loans I am sorry for the experience you had with our company and hope you will consider us again as we really did go above and beyond to buy out your loan and offer you a better rate than you previously had Thank you,***

Our records indicate that we mailed a letter indicating account satisfied on September Client called again on October and another letter was mailed Our records indicate as of October 9, *** cell phone was not accepting incoming calls

Hello,After researching this further, We discovered that *** *** paid off the loan The payoff was requested on 2/and the payoff received and applied to the account on 2/17(see notes below) Confirmation of refund requested to the following address:Mail Refund
to: *** * *** **Phx, Az 85053General Date:03/01/2017Time:11:38am MSTIP:174.79.46.118Upon confirmation that check has not been cashed for $40.60-----Ms*** is welcome to come into any office to pick up a refund and reference this email

On 11/16, when the payment was nine days due, I called and spoke with a Maximum Title rep, told her I planned to sell the car and then pay off the loan and all interest dueShe said okayShe did not tell me the payment had to be made even if I planned to sell the carThe car was repossessed days later, on 11/I was given no notice that Maximum Title would not keep its agreement with me and no chance to make other arrangements.I spoke with a Maximum Title rep (Jennifer) on 11/23, asking that the car be returned to meShe refusedI tried several times over the next three weeks to contact the owner of Maximum Title, but the staff I spoke to refused to give me his name and contact informationOn 11/15, I finally reached a rep who was willing to give up the owner’s contact infoI emailed him that dayHe responded weeks later, after the car had been sold - he saidTo date, I have received no written confirmation of the sale of my carIn spite of several other attempts to contact him, he has not respondedAlthough Maximum Title is claiming that I have not attempted to contact them re my account, they are mistakenI have sent separate emails to the owner on December 15, February 5, and February I have spoken to staff members who have harangued and threatened meI still receive emails threatening to repossess my car.I was dependent on the sale of my car to pay off the loanIf my car had not been repossessed, the loan would have been paid in full months agoTherefore, I believe a just resolution to this matter is that Maximum Title Loans closes my account, marks it “Paid in Full” and sends me a letter to that effect

***, your payment was applied today as per your request However, to change your due date you will need to come to our office, pay any outstanding interest due on the account and sign a new contract on the day of the month your would like your static due date to be Your account is in
good standing so not sure what the actual issue here is As for taking the money out of your account, we do NOT offer any ach services Please be advised that the only method of payment we accept is visa/debit or cash at *** *** Thank you***/manager

[redacted], I am looking at your contract and I do not see anything stating it is a 48 month term. Please upload that item as it is not in your file. Your original contract was for 1 month which was very standard in our industry during the time you obtained the loan. Because you were technically due...

in full in 1 month you should have either paid in full or signed a new contract to refinance. We do not offer a standard 48 month loan term however it would appear that you have a fully amortized loan within the new system. You have not mentioned that we offered you one of the lowest "non credit based" rates available in our industry. We hope that you are thankful for that as most companies would not offer either the amount we loaned or the rate we offered you without a credit score of at least 700 (which you may or may not have).  Please let us know if your ever in need of your current balance as we do not mail out monthly statements but are glad to provide that to you at any point.  Thank you for your business. Paul
