Terrible establishment, Manager is disrespectful, and ignorant to customers, yells and has melt downs in public.

On Nov 30/2015 I came to this business for a CAR WASH. I entered the business, I asked about their car wash, I asked if the car wash did not do a good job what is the policy. The owner, said to me, as well as the clerk(girl), that if it was NOT SATISFACTORY they would give me another ticket to thru again. [redacted]. I paid the $15.00 and went in the line up. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I waited near an hour for the car wash. I washed my car and drove out of the car wash and did a check. I found the the whole front end of my car was not washed to a satisfactory level. I went in, spoke to the owner. [redacted], I explained to him that it did not wash around my lights and the front cowling on my car and along side the running boards. He did not believe me sent another employee out who confirmed that the car was improperly washed. I said I dont have time to go thru the car was as it was already near 6pm and I had to get my kids to sports as well as make them supper. I said you guys just told me that if the car wash was not good you would just give me another ticket. [redacted]. He said too bad,[redacted]. He yelled at me to come back tonight, I asked why he could not just give me a ticket to return, he said I am like all other customers and can not be trusted, basically calling me a liar. I asked what time they were open until, he yelled 10pm. Well I said it would not be possible for me to come back tonight. In the conversation earlier he said he would give hand wash tickets to use. then he said he never said that. I had an argument with him and he said I am not longer offering you anything. He in essence stole $15 from me and I would like it back. He then kicked me out of the store. [redacted]Desired SettlementI want a refund of my $15 and a written apology [redacted]
