was going on with his vehicle. He wanted us to rebuild his engine but it would cost him too much. We quote every customer for repairs before we precede. We also give them the option of the repairs.  He had bent and broke internal parts in his engine. Also gave him a price on a rebuilt engine with labor. He also wanted some of his parts taken off of his old engine to be put on there. He didn't like the prices so we quoted a used engine with transfer of parts. He wasn't happy with anything we offered him. So we also suggested a loan and he was aprove for the work to be done. So the work got done and he still wast happy.  He kept coming back for more issue. The vehicle is a 1985 Chevy Caprice wagon. He was yelling at the tech and the owners. Saying that we did something to his vehicle. So the owners asked him to leave and he wouldn't leave.  He was the one using foul language. That's why they told him never to come back. Well the vehicle is back again. He has no engine leaks now he has transmission leaks. He is also blaming us for that as well.  This customers will not be happy with anything we tell him. Here is a copy of his first repairs. We eve took off an additional 100 dollars.

Mayo  Autoworks can only warranty the part not the labor we have explained that from the beginning before the work was even started.  She knew of the conditions and the warranty.   We explain the warranty with all the our customers.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  The labor was 800 from the beginning and when we did the repair we only charge 648 for labor it takes longer than what we charge. now we our willing to do it for 500.  All I can do is 450 that all.   I can not go any lower than this.  If you would like it repaired that is what is going to cost to fix it.  You would get another transmission plus fluids for free.  The leak would be fixed.  Thank for your time.
